Bjr points positifs a, savoir propreté calme, et gentillesse du personnel. les points negatifs établissements un peu vieillot manque clim et coussins aux chaises extérieures . Bouilloire eau chaude au petit dej afin d eviter la queue a la machine a café le matin. Confort moyen pour un 3 étoiles mais la competence et la gentillesse du personnel equilibre tout cela... Bon sejour dans l ensemble mais, effort et investissement a faire dans l hôtel dans critique citée ci dessus.

Chambre petite, mauvaises odeurs (revêtement de sol puis cuisine). Nous aurions prefere un petit réfrigérateur au petit coffre-fort vu la chaleur etouffante de la chambre. Nous avons de plus ete gênés par l'eclairage extérieur de l'hôtel.

Hôtel très bien, accueil chaleureux et bon services. La vue du 3eme est très belle. De part son emplacement, la clientèle est très âgée, et présence de personnes souffrantes et d'appareils médicalisés. Ceci n'est pas dérangeant mais peut refroidir l'ambiance générale.

Juste une nuit, après une randonnée dans les environs et avant une randonnée un peu plus loin. Chambre très propre, simple et confortable. J'ai apprécié la baignoire pour me détendre de ma rando. Petit déjeuner correct. Lors de mon départ l'hôtelier m'a conseillé d'aller à Olargues, vantant la beauté des lieux. Il avait raison! Ce petit détour m'a enchantée. Cet hôtel où viennent beaucoup de curistes est calme et bien situé.

Les chambres sont un peu vieillottes (certains meubles sont abîmés) et on entend très bien quand le voisin prend sa douche ! L'autre bémol est qu'il n'y a pas de clim. Néanmoins les chambres sont propres et le personnel très accueillant. Etant arrivés tard, nous avons demandé si nous pouvions manger et un plateau repas très complet nous a été servi en chambre. Le restaurant est également très bien. Pour une nuit c'était parfait, nous y retournerons.

De passage nous avons été très bien accueillis. L'hôtelier nous ayant même accompagné pour garer correctement la voiture. Le personnel est à l'écoute et à disposition. Hôtel au charme certain avec terrasses ombragées. Cuisine succulente au restaurant. Mon bémol ira à l'hygiène des toilettes, facile à régler mais très visible. En cas de réservation par internet, se renseigner auprès de la réception que tout est OK - réservation et spécificité de la chambre : pas d'ascenseur jusqu'au dernier étage par exemple.

Lovely atmosphere, beautiful terraces and dining rooms.. some of the rooms are very dated, others quite modernised (we switched rooms), so ask for a modernised one (3rd floor seemed best). No air con in the rooms though, which for 3 start was a let down.

Couleurs sympas et jolie vue

Soir et matin, nous avons profiter de la vue sur l'agréable vallée de Lamalou Les Bains malgré l'étroitesse de la fenêtre de la chambre. Elle est en effet située au dernier étage. Cet étage nécessite, à mon avis d'être harmonisé et rénové de avec les étages au-dessous et le reste de l'hôtel. Car sinon on ressent trop le fait d'avoir une chambre spéciale Réservation sur Internet. L'avantage reste que le prix est réduit en fonction. Reste que la chambre en elle-même est agréable, de couleurs actuelles et bien équipée.Mais nous sommes dans un hôtel 3 étoiles. Tout le jeu à mon sens est de faire ressentir à ses clients ''aux rabais'' que justement ils ne le sont pas plus que les autres. Même si on paye moins cher, on doit avoir la sensation d'avoir réalisé une bonne affaire et d'avoir eu accès quand même à une chambre 3 étoiles dans un hôtel 3 étoiles. quelques détails suffisent...ici le même couloir que les autres étages! Psychologiquement ça change tout! A bientôt!
