Staff was brilliant and had good customer service. Probably the worse hotel stay I’ve had, weird noises at night from heaters and other appliances so couldn’t get a good sleep. The hot water went out one morning so it wasn’t hot enough and the shower head was filthy. Very uncomfortable stay. All I got was a voucher for my troubles which I appreciate as staff can’t do much but serious renovations need to be had for this establishment.

It beggars belief that a supposedly professional hotel group wouldn’t check that everything in a room was working correctly before they let it out. It is also difficult to understand how they can let a room to someone with a happy dog which intermittently barked through the night, so preventing another guest having a good night’s sleep and, when he wakes, the shower only runs cold whichever way the tap turns. Absolutely my WORST HOTEL STAY in 40 years travelling. Days Inn? - NEVER AGAIN!
