This property is really nice and spotlessly clean, and the location can't be beat. The main bed is very comfortable, and the pullout sofa is okay (not great). The staff at Hotel Nelligan (our host) was wonderful and highly responsive. We were greeted with complementary water, coffee and some snacks, which was a nice touch. I would book this place again for sure. However, we couldn't find any sheets or blankets in the room to make up the pullout bed. Staff had to come and do it for us. This could have been a real problem if we hadn't noticed it early in the evening. Also, while the kitchen is well equipped, we had trouble using the appliances because there were no instructions. We never did figure out the coffee machine. User guides or just a sheet with a list of actions would be a really nice addition to the kitchen. It's a nuisance to have to call the front desk just to start up the dishwasher. Overall, though, a very nice place that I would definitely book again.
