8/10 Very good

Entrance bit musty and scratchy but inside of hotel and rooms good, our room was surprisingly good
Lawrance, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Very good accommodations for the price and location. The breakfast offering was minimalist but it was there. I would stay again.
Paul, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Khaleeq, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Good price

Basic accommodation in the heart of Montreal at a reasonable price. Tiny but clean room with a basic breakfast included. Be aware that you need to walk up from the street to reception and again to the room.
Frank, 2-night trip

This was a trip on a whim without much planning. I ended up at this hotel by chance and it was a fortunate one! Room I stayed in was quite large, simple yet comfortable. The hotel was also in a pretty good location. I got no complaints regarding all I've experienced in Montréal. À la prochaine...

4/10 Fair

Good location and that's really all that's good. Our room was old and not maintained. The tiles in the bathroom were all loose, the tap was difficult to turn off, the beds have no cushion and fold when you sit or lay on them. The hallways smell of old wet wood and cigarettes. Getting to our room required travel through multiple rooftop terraces outside the building, very strange. The walls do not quiet any of the street noise, we heard music and yelling all night long. The air conditioner was installed in the window very unprofessionally, and didn't work well (would just blast freezing air randomly and was so loud you couldn't sleep with it on). There was no way to open the curtains and see outside. Overall just not a great experience and will not book there again.

6/10 Good

It needs a Reno.

The hotel generally is a bit run down. The rooms were in rough shape. The beds were terrible. There is no elevator at this hotel, so something to be aware of. It is very central to old Montreal and some tourist attractions. If you are on a budget, then it can fit the bill.
Stephen, 2-night trip

The shared bathroom can be a turnoff but seems pretty good. Cheap for its option

adamie, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

Washrooms were dirty and smelly, we immediately checked out after looking at the bathroom and room condition
Sukhman, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

This place was horrible. First the ac that was promised was nothing more than a little unit that was super weak and did nothing to cool down the room. The beds were as hard as a rock and the two queen studio has two different bed frames. The beds and showers had stains all over it and did not feel clean. The main light was supposed to have three working lights but only one light bulb was working, one was burnt out, and one was missing and had a spider web in it! The closet had a rusty bed in the front of it and you couldn't even grab the rusty hangers from the back of the closest. Save your money and dont book this place!
Ariane, 4-night trip

2/10 Poor

I went there to check in only to see the place is filthy and slam. I had to book different hotel for me and my family . Totally not recommended. The receptionist and management is sketchy
Solomon, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

My duvet was just the cover. No duvet inside. The ‘continental breakfast’ was just bread (toast) and cereal. No screen in one window and the other screen was ripped on one side leaving a gaping hole. Extremely hot in the room with no way to cool it down except to open the windows. A/C didn’t work.
Anna, 2-night trip

Unless you're gearing up for special athletic training don't book here.STAIRS STAIRS AND MORE STAIRS. NO Elevator. So if you have luggage besides a purse or backpack steer clear of this one. The guy who was working the front desk, gave the WORST guest service on the planet. He was more interested in his phone conversations than with assisting the fuest. I spoke of the stairs previously, well he then put me on the third floor (Again no Elevator) . The room I had been fiven may have been okay, but it had no telephone or any way to operate the tv. Sooo, I had to walk the three flights back down to guest service to let him know the issues. I asked him for another room, to which he replied that I should have checked in at 3pm and that the previous guest had taken the remote control when they departed. His lack of concern was appalling. Another guest was checking in and we were ask to switch rooms. We did and this room(103) was terrible. The mattress was so thin ,that you could feel tge spring coils in it. The tv only had 1 working channel and it was hockey only. I had had enough. I checked out and found better accommodations.
CHRISTINA, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Ensemble vieillissant. Pas d'aide pour la valise dans l'escalier d'accès. Garde des valises gratuite en fin de séjour.
Bernard, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

No Elevator

Hotel has 3 stories and two buildings. this is inconvenient if you have heavy luggage, as there is no elevator. I liked that the breakfast was open until 10 or later. The location is very good.
Louella, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

Emplacement au top, au cœur de Montréal et des points touristiques, idéal pour un petit budget. Par contre, personnel pas trop tourné client et propreté salle de bain moyenne. Quelques travaux s’imposent !
