Staff was great! Room door wouldnt shut due to a screw, which we had fixed after advising front desk. Could offer more amenities like shampoo/conditioner.... also neither of the tvs worked, the entertainment center in bedroom was falling apart. Lamp shades were dented.

The rooms were large and set up well. Pool and hot tub were nice. Entire place was just dirty and rooms smelled but for the price we expected that

Front Desk staff was great but the room reeked of urine and the toilet wouldn't stop flushing. We requested a new room but it was right next to the first one and the whole corner of the motel reeked. We asked for a refund and the Front Desk cheerfully refunded our stay.

The front desk was great, she was so helpful. It was booked due to the Charlie Kirk memorial but we were there for it too. The room was good, had a bit of a problem with the air flow in the room but it was comfortable.

The room was out dated. The furniture was dirty. One out of four elevators worked. No towels or sheet, had to fight for them. Good for the price.

Room was decent. Grounds are not well kept, trash everywhere. Staff is not friendly. One was hostile because I seemed to have been interrupting an important phone call she was having on her cell. WiFi - if you’re lucky enough to get on it is slow and irritating. I chose properly for location which worked well for me. With a bit of clean up, improved WiFi and enhancing customer service could make this place shine. Right now, it just seems the owners are satisfied running a slum.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms were old and TV didn't work very well. I asked for a ground floor as I was having surgery. I got a top floor. Very noisy place. Lots of dogs. Drugs and prostitutes. I had my food stolen from the door dash driver.

You can do better

Our room overlooked a car wash that played loud music at all hours, which made it very difficult to sleep. We were also followed by an unsavory individual that made us rather uncomfortable. Overall, the hotel was rather run down. The pool looked nice, but we didnt use it.

More upscale than the average Motel 6. Nice pool/garden area in center. Top 2 floors of 4 are suites for business people, where I stayed. Very comfortable and affordable. My BIG complaint: Wi-Fi had been down for two weeks, desk clerk said. Totally unacceptable for most travelers. Like water and electricity, internet is a basic utility in 2025. Hopefully, this will be fixed by the time others book a room.

This hotel is cheap, and you get what you pay for.

The Good: The price is the main draw. Morning staff and management were efficient. Staff did a good job cleaning and mopping common floors, and the pool was clean. Nearby amenities are excellent: a Carl's Jr. and a highly recommended, clean coin-less laundromat. Suitable for a solo guest on a tight budget. 👎 The Bad/Safety Concerns: My first room smelled strongly of urine (I was moved immediately). Security is an issue: I was startled by a person living in the dumpster area, and homeless individuals often sleep on the stairs. I encountered prostitutes (a firm "no" was enough). One staff member (long-haired male) was very unpleasant. ⚠️ Maintenance & Other Notes: The key cards consistently deactivate. The single working elevator is unreliable/finicky, and people have been stuck—use the stairs, as the phone doesn't work. Watch your step: guest laziness means dog waste is common in the walkways. Proximity to a dispensary means a frequent, strong smell of marijuana.

The pool was nice and very clean. Lots of obvious shady stuff going on in and out. Would be fine for a young person in their 20s who likes to party. Not for me and my kids. Felt really unsafe. No shampoo or anything provided. No wifi even though they say they have wifi. No mini cooking kitchen even though it said that it had it available in the room I picked. Just wasn't what I we wanted at all. But the staff was nice. Floors were filthy in the rooms. Didn't see a roach till the last day but I know they are very common in Phoenix so I was surprised I didn't see more honestly.

This place is NOT at all like advertised. We checked in around 6pm, the side gates to property were propped open which is a safety concern. The elevator was broken and our room was on the 4th floor. Upon opening the door to our room it was apparent that the room was not ready for us, actually it may have just been vacated or someone may have been in the bathroom! We went back to the lobby to check out and look for somewhere safe and clean to stay.

Ever been in the military and slept in some mold infested housing? I ished your family knew what it was like instead of hearing your stories? Look no further! This is the place. The suite had pulled carpeting. The bathroom had mold everywhere. The chain lock on the door looked like there was a forced entry attempt. The elevators! Who needs them them when you can go up the 4 flights of stairs, just be sure to say excuse me to the guy selling hats on floor one and the guy smoking weed on floor 3. Need sleep? If you didn’t get it in the barracks- you won’t find it here either. The drunks come out and fight all night in their room. Don’t plan on using the pool or tub! You are better off drinking toilet water from a bar in Subic Bay after the DK show girl is washed off in it. Recall those wonderful military nights at this classy spot!

Room was great and looked clean but because of the cigarette smell made it seemed it was cleaned. It was a non-smoking room and it stench of cigarette and asked if I could be relocated because I couldn’t sleep with smell they said all the rooms are like that! It was the only thing that was very disappointing.
