Ağustos 2023 Paloma Grida

Odalar eski ve çok çok kalabalık bir otel. Daha önce 2 kez Paloma Forestaya gitmiştik, oradan çok memnun kalıp bu sefer de Gridayı deneyelim dedik ama hiç ilgisi yok Forestayla. Personel çok ilgili, müşteri memnuniyeti için çok çabalıyorlar. Mesela Alacarte restoranlardan Safrana gittik, vantilatör çalışmıyordu, personel çok ilgiliydi ama 39 derecede yemek yemek zorunda kaldık. Sorduğumuzda bir süredir vantilatörlerin sorunu olduğunu söylediler ama yönetim sanırım bu tip konuları çok da önemsemiyor. Odaların acilen yenilenmesi gerekiyor, bu otele hiç yakışmıyor. Genel olarak yemekler güzeldi ancak restoranlar aşırı kalabalıktı. Ana Restaurantta insanlar masa kapmak için uğraşıyordu ve ayakta masa bekleyen oluyordu. Otelin her yeri çok çok kalabalık ve çok fazla çocuk olan bir otel. Deniz mavi bayraklı ama çok dalgalı, dalgayla özellikle bazı saatlerde çok pis oluyor.

Super Urlaub gemacht. Hotel ist sauber, Essen-hervorraged. Personal war sehr nett. Zimmer und Ausstattung da habe ich mir mehr gewuenscht zu den Sternen, die das Hotel hat, aber ok. Internet nicht uberall im Hotel vorhaden, aber wer braucht so etwas waehrend Urlaub :)

Food was always great, lots of choice in the week, bed and room comfortable the only thing was the noise till 1am from the beach club, staff are great so hard working and the place is clean. On door step to land of legends and Belek, if anything is wrong they always fix it quickly, doctors on site was also very helpful

3 günlük kongre katılımından dolayı otelinizde konakladım. Ve gercekten herşey çok güzeldi. Yemek çeşitliliği, temizlik, çalışanların güler yüzlülüğü daha ne istenir ki. Deniz ve plajını kullanamasamda gezme fırsatım oldu ve benden 10 puanı kaptı. Ayrıca havuzları ve aqua parkı gayet güzel görünüyordu. Kesinlikle tekrar tercih edebileceğim bir otel.

Отличный семейный отель.

Отдыхали с 15-20 октября 2021. Повезло с погодой. Очень понравилась территория отеля, нет высоких корпусов , стиль - по типу итальянской деревушки. Понравился номер, обслуживание, еда, есть много активностей для детей любого возраста . Много бассейнов (хотя в это время очень холодно в открытых бассейнах, просто невозможно находится дольше 2х минут). Через день проводят прекрасные ,профессиональные шоу (танцы, акробаты, цирк). Вообще в целом не было проблем ни с чем. Быстрое заселение, хороший персонал, чисто. Еда с 7 до 01, бары работают 24 часа . Всегда модно найти вкусный кофе , десерты, напитки. Неплохой алкоголь, коктейли. Хороший WiFi.
