A nice hotel just a few metres from Dali museum. Plenty of great food options nearby and the people were friendly and helpful despite our limited language skills. The hotel staff are awesome!

A very convenient hotel to enjoy local dining, shopping and primarily the stunning Dali Museum a short walk away. Very helpful and friendly staff. Air conditioning had issues, and barely-working fridge.

Cerca de museo Dalí

Ubicación: a una cuadra del museo de Dalí, en la zona comercial con muchas opciones para comida y bebida. Habitación: grande y limpia. Cuenta con balcón, lástima que estaban arreglando la calle de acceso. Servicio: no hay entrada antes de la hora de check in pero guardan equipaje. El chico de la recepción muy gentil y dispuesto a ayudar

Sèjour agréable

Séjour très agréable grâce au bon emplacement de cet hôtel situé en centre-ville et à quelques pas de tous les services (restauration, marché, musée etc..). Très bon accueil à l'hôtel. En revanche, il faut passer en direct ou par booking car hotels.com est très certainement sous-traitant de booking et il est inconnu à l'hôtel, ce qui a failli nous poser quelques problèmes. Cet état de fait n'est vraiment pas cool de la part de booking.

Emplacement parfait !

L'hôtel est idéalement situé pour tout faire à pied. Le personnel est très gentil et petit plus avec le rooftop pour une jolie vue sur la ville (de jour et de nuit). À noter pour les futurs visiteurs : lors de ma réservation, je n'avais pas vu que l'hôtel ne propose pas de petit déjeuner, mais entre le mini frigo dans la chambre et la bonne boulangerie à côté, on se débrouille :)

Déçue par la prestation

Notre sejour a été court, juste une nuit, mais nous n aurions pas aimé rester plus long..j avais choisi une chambre avec un lit king size mais rien n était adapté pour ça..atelas beaucoup trop grand par rapport au sommeil donc dangereux sur le côté avec le matelas dans le vide car le risque de tomber du lit..draps trop petits par rapport a la taille du lit nous avons eu du mal a nous couvrir..ainsi qu une mauvaise odeur dans la chambre et les couloirs..nous n y reviendrons pas ..déçues par la prestation au vu du tarif réglé pour la nuit..

Please don't book and expect to get a room that looks remotely like what the pictures show it to be. I booked based on the advertised look of the room and wanted a unique experience, unfortunately I was sorely dissapointed. The lobby was decorated with eccentricities and looked jubilant so upon my arrival, I was excited. I even inquired about extending my stay. This was all before I got to my room. Opening the door, there was a smell like rotting sausage and cigarettes. The queen bed was two twin matters put on top of a frame when I sat up with my back against the frame, the mattress would slide off the bed. The balcony had a hammock, which was nice but it looked as old and dirty, as the rest of the balcony. The furnishings were nothing as described! The chair in the room was an old cheap chair and the paintings were worn and crooked. The bathroom floor had ants and it just appeared dirty. The walls were thin so anyone in the hall woke me. I was very displeased. However, the hotel was in the city center which made it convenient and that was nice. Overall, I just didn't feel comfortable. I do like the comfort of feeling clean when I'm in a hotel and perhaps my expectations were too high but I do not recommend. I left a night early and the front staff seemed satisfied when telling me they wouldn't return my money. I wasn't as upset as losing my money but leaving early upset my trip.

Excellent accueil. Décoration originale. La terrasse sur le toit est très sympa. Bien situé, à 2 minutes à pied du musée Dali. Parking à proximité pour 10€ les 24 heures. Une très bonne expérience !

The staff was very accommodating. Location was great. Room was very nice, but they updated us to a better room due to an internal problem. Figueres is extremely difficult to find a parking place and the hotel has no parking available - that is the only negative. Also had their breakfast and it was very nice.

Amazing hotel, really funky. With lots of hidden quirks, this hotel is really entertaining. Clean and perfect location. Slight inconvenience was the fridge didn’t work, not ideal for a road trip stop-off.

super et superbe hôtel avec un personnel top !

un hôtel très kitch, plein de trucs sympas de partout, une déco qui ne laisse pas indifférent, un personnel super gentil, disponible 24/24, certains faisant l'effort de parler français. Ne manquer pas la terrasse du dernier étage qui permet une vue magnifique sur la ville, l'église San Péré et le musée Dali. Pour les chambres choisissez peut-être celles qui donnent sur l'église mais attention elle sonne toute la nuit ! Un petit coup de rafraichissement un peu de partout serait le bienvenu mais le rapport qualité prix est bien présent et on dort très bien. Pour le petit déj il y a celui de Plazza Inn ou plein de bars autour, idem pour les restos et les boutiques.En plus cerise sur le gâteau, la voiture dort dans un parking en sous sol à 5' de l'hôtel pour 10 euros par 24H.A conseiller sans réserve

La recepción fué correcta. El hotel da un poco de grima en general por la ambientación: han querido mezclar elementos propios del universo daliniano (ya que se encuentra a escasos pasos del Museo Dalí) con elementos de feria y pallasos (ya que está a escasos metros del Museo del Juguete). En mi opinión la ambientación es tétrica y siniestra, más própia de algunas películas de terror de los 70. Por otro lado, justo la noche que pasamos en el hotel, en la quinta planta se ofrecía una cena sin coste alguno a base de sardinas y gambas, para fomentar la relación entre huéspedes; yo fuí con mi hija, de 9 años, y al ver que ella no iba a comer nada porque no le gustan las sardinas y no le apetecían nada las gambas (no había más opciones) le comenté al señor que organizaba los comensales que no íbamos a quedarnos y le agradecí la oferta. Él contestó sin ninguna empatía y de muy malas maneras que era una pena que " la niña no supiera valorar esa comida". Se enfadó y ni siquiera intentó entablar ningún diálogo. Ni siquiera nos despidió. Entiendo que la cena era gratis pero no me pareció para nada adecuada la actitud del señor "gruñón", más bien fué grosero con mi hija y maleducado con ambas. NO recomendaría el Hotel Plaza Inn de Figueres. La web dista mucho de la realidad.
