I was hoping for a boutique hotel but instead it is very run down and drab. Not like what the photos suggest. Desperately needs a paint job and new carpet in the halls and stairway. Could be great if they put some effort into it. Bed was however comfortable and the bathroom was at least updated. Location is excellent. Price point is steep for its condition.

The property is quite in a nice area & walking distance to Metro Subway. My studio style room I stayed in on the third (3rd) floor was very cozy & very clean. The queen bed was very comfortable. I felt like I was in my own bed at home. And, the staff were very nice & accommodating. Excellent customer service & I highly recommend this property who are looking for a place to stay in Montreal.

The property was very dated. I had to use my own outlet to provide a usb in the room. Unfortunately, I left it behind when packing. The rooms are small but adequate. There is no lotion or other samples I’m used to having in a room. The staff was nice. The area was excellent!

This is a cute little boutique-style hotel that is an absolute last-minute steal for its location. Sure, you might have to carry your luggage up a couple flights of steps and the decor is done on the cheap, but the bed was comfortable and the airconditioning was divine. The best part of the experience was the staff. The young woman running the cafe and front dest in the evenings was an absolute delight.

Great location, lovely communal patio! The Wi-fi in our room was spotty and the TV couldn’t find a signal, we never contacted anybody about it as it didn’t bother me, but my mom had to sit in the bathroom to get internet and she does like TV.

We were misinformed that parking on the curb directly opposite was free. We were fined $90 CAD and will refuse to pay. The entry way was dirty with dirty cups overflowing and lots of trash on sidewalk. Floors and rugs inside were not swept. The manager was rude (yelling) to my wife when she complained about parking ticket. The young staff were reasonably courteous--the only redeeming feature of our stay.
