Avoid unless you like uncleaniness

Unfortunately there is a construction ongoing which means there is no pool, no gym and no spa. The hotel is tired and needs a refresh of all of its rooms. My room had a broken and beaten up fridge, marks everywhere, not clean. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable. Cleaning is very superficial. The breakfast is some of the worst I have experienced in Nigeria. The only thing is that the price reflects the quality which is the only saving grace

Not worth the hype or money!

I will not be back. This hotel is definitely past its glory days and is at best a bad 3 star. The staff was nice. The hotel is not properly maintained. The corridor smelled mouldy, the lighting in the room was so bad, it was impossible to fully use the room. One bulb in the already dimly lit bathroom stopped working even though I had asked for it be replaced the previous day. I could not see my clothes in the closet due to poor lighting. The toilet flusher was falling off. The spa and gym were closed and under renovation and annoyingly, I was not informed prior to making my booking. The spa was the main reason I had chosen this hotel. I could not enjoy breakfast by the pool because debris from the renovations was falling into my plate. Quite a bad hotel stay overall.

Was a skeptic.

It is a lovely boutique hotel. I loved yhe buffet breakfast. Staff were great, bars good but need lessons on cocktails.. below par. Rooms clean and well maintained. I was suprising happy.. but it aint cheap!

Just don’t. Save your money.

Worst customer service at a front desk ever. That were very rude. Yelled at me when they were at fault and didn’t offer any solutions. The rooms do not match the web descriptions. We were moved to a lower rate room because they overbooked. The next day we were moved to the room I actually booked and they said it was a courtesy upgrade. The next day moved back to the lower room. It was crazy to say the least— considering I was there for a family function and they kept calling us to switch rooms at checkout time. On top of that, the bathrooms smell like sewage water and the sink water had an odor as well. The property is beat up and needs a massive renovation. This is not a luxury property and the star rating isn’t accurate. It’s a 2.5 star at best. On a positive note, the kitchen breakfast staff was very nice and made sure our experience every morning was great.

Very Nice. Breakfast (which is included for one person) is really good and offers a variety of food for anyone & everyone. Staff is very helpful and on point. Customer Service and Quality control manager, Mrs. Okome and the dining staff were great. The other staff were also very good and professional. I will definitely be going back there.
