5/5 stars – absolutely fantastic stay! The rooms were super nice and very spacious, which made a big difference traveling with kids. They loved the room, especially the huge projector TV! Everything was cleaned daily and kept in perfect condition. The location couldn’t be better — right on the high street and super central to everything. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, spacious room. Very clean and well resourced. Lovely big bathroom and large, easy to use shower. Proper coffee machine and plenty of choice of hot drinks, biscuits and soft drinks in the fridge. Large bed- lovely pillows & mattress very comfortable. Did not see any staff apart from when we were leaving, but the lady was very pleasant & helpful. Parking was excellent- car very secure. Did not go for breakfast - but saw the cafe, just a few yards away, where this was served. Choice a little limited on the menu, but had we wanted breakfast, we would have gone there. Projector for TV etc. Would have been easy for most people, but as we are more elderly and less technically inclined, took us a while to work it out - managed though. Definitely business friendly - central for amenities, easy access to motorway, excellent facilities. We would certainly look to book again when in the area for family events. Can highly recommend.

Room was huge, clean and nicely decorated, however it took ages to warm up. There was also nowhere to plug anything in and see a mirror at the same time. I ended up propping a tray up which had a mirrored base. Security aldi let a woman into my room at about 11pm by error

Parking was good but we struggled to get in with the codes. Thankfully a member of staff let us in. We only stayed one night and it was in the O Hagan Suite (one of the best rooms) - good value but it was a Sunday night. Good things - comfy clean bed. Shower was great. Loved the projector. Not so good - no water in room , just a fridge full of fizzy sugary drinks which neither of us could drink. We asked for some water and was told they were awaiting delivery. Breakfast is no longer served in the Food Hall but is in a local coffee shop shortly walk away. Just 3 things on the menu - large "full English", smaller "full English" or yoghurt or oats with berries. No cereal or pastries and just one drink. They were really busy too (Monday morning around 8am ) which meant breakfast didn't arrive till after coffee. Staff that we encountered at the hotel were lovely and helpful within their means. Not a bad stay but some minor tweaks and it could be great!

Room exceeded my expectations, the only comment I have that when I tried to check in, my key didn't work and it took a while until I found someone/someone picked up the phone. And when came back from the spa, restaurant/bar was already closed (just after 9) which meant I couldn't order any room service. Aside from that - the room was PERFECT.
