Outside of some food options—- for all inclusive—- party food was the main course. Chicken nuggets, tacos. You need to make reservations for everything else. Not ideal for being on vacation and not wanting to make plans. Otherwise. Staff— excellent. Building— excellent. Area—excellent. Loved it and will go back.

The property itself is fine. However, the dining options are poor. You have to use an app that is very poor quality to book reservations. Menus are limited. The open buffet restaurant doesn’t advertise what theme nights they have, so there is no way to know what is a good night. The pools close at 7pm.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at GR Solaris. We booked the sea view room with private plunge pool overlooking the beach and seconds away from the sea. The coffee shop was conveniently situated a minute away and the restaurant meals were 10/10. The chef came out to greet us and the service was spectacular. There aren’t any activities on site but we had access to Royal Solaris which had daily shows. They have a VIP lounge onsite which is open till 2am daily. The breakfast buffets are like typical buffets with the same meals daily. However, the key is to focus on quality meals and enjoying those rather than quantity for the sake of trying everything. The property is beautiful and there were barely any lines or waiting. You should make dinner reservations as soon as you check in. Also we arrived at 8am and even though check in was at 3pm, they gave us a wristband to begin enjoying amenities immediately and gave us our room at 10am as soon as it was ready. Finally if you enjoy a quiet resort with additional amenities and entertainment this is great. If you’re looking for a resort with more amenities, hustle bustle, large crowds, and around the clock entertainment, I would look elsewhere. This is a budget friendly resort and worth the money. I’d like to give a shout out to our waiter Misrain at Veneto who provided the best service. We were assigned a personal service rep Kenia who took so much care of us and provided a courtesy fruit basket and treats during our stay. 5 stars ⭐️

Desde q llegamos todo el mundo fue muy amable.. Kenia Reyes desde el primer dia nos ayudo a las reservaciones de los restaurantes y estaba siempre atenta a lo q necesitaramos.. siempre flexible y con una actitud increible. Todo el staff era muy amable, el hotel es lindo, cuenta con muchas actividades para la familia, con shows en las noches y varios restaurantes. La pasamos super bien. Era nuestro aniversario y nos hicieron un detalle muy bonito en el cuarto.

The only thing GR Solaris Caribe needs to improve is their food, almost every day is the same food im not going to say it was horrible, but they need to have more variety of food. Everything else was great, the employees are very amazing, helpful, the lady who clean our room was very sweet and she made sure our room was organized and clean, also the waiters very nice and helpful, resort is very clean and I love it. Thank you!
