I found a BED BUG crawling on me and checked out early. Do not stay here! In edition to the BED BUGS, the property is way more run down than the pictures on the site show. I claims to be a 4 star hotel, it is not, it is a zero star hotel. Also the air conditioner was spotty at best.

Absolute diamond in the rough. Staff was great with communication and accommodating. Room had a full-size tub and kitchenette. The value was great. Loved the balcony even though not much of a view. They have a very private court yard garden if you smoke or just need to see plants while staying in the concrete jungle. Anthony

Property is in a reasonably safe neighborhood, reasonably clean, a little outdated with loose fixtures and broken coffee maker but I wasn't there for the amenities, I was there to have a place to lay my head and that's what it provided at a reasonable cost

Really cool property, notnoutdated like other properties. Its unique and a well taken care of property. No breakfast/meals, no restaurant...just a place to sleep. There is a small sitting area and an outside patio. Staff are professional. Very quiet and comfortable.

Came here with 2 other people. They only have rooms with two twin beds or one king, which is not what was advertised. The first room we were put in, nothing worked. None of us slept at all. Three adults cannot share two twin beds. And there were some questionable things for a hotel room. I’m from manhattan and had to go back for a weekend. I admit I don’t know my way around Brooklyn but this hotel is not near anything OR any train. Staff was helpful and flexible, though. I appreciate them, but what I saved on a hotel room, I spent more on in Ubers.

To call this a 4 star hotel is comical. However, you can’t beat the price. Def some pros and cons: First off, it’s a great deal, love the balcony (not glamorous at all, literally the side of the building and facing construction) but still nice to have a little outdoor space, the room is huge for NYC, and the bed was comfortable enough, tv is huge and has all the streaming apps available. The location is not great (safe but nothing around), you have to walk about 20 mins or more for a vibe. I think because it’s being marketed as a 4 star hotel that I thought it would be a little nicer of a room and hotel in general. With all that said, if needed I would stay here again, but would prefer a hotel in a better location.
