This is not a Disney hotel but it’s well maintained and clean and has everything you need. The room was very spacious and great value for money. There were 4 single beds so plenty of room for me and my teen boys and a dining table and kitchen area and shower and separate toilet. Friendly staff and there’s a free shuttle bus to the Disney parks. It’s only 20 mins walk down to the station and the dining area and there is a convenience store on the ground floor of hotel. Would highly recommend.

Our room was very spacious and well thought out. There were plenty of charging outlets for multiple devices, hanging hooks for towels and clothes and a sitting area with an upholstered bench seat and 2 individual stools plus a large table. There was a small refrigerator, electric hot water pot, microwave and tea bags, etc. There is a Lawsons in the lobby that has everything you need and a restaurant that serves breakfast. I would've loved a cafe that also served a light meal as the only restaurants are at the train station.

The hotel itself is very nice clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were also helpful and professional. However, the location is quite inconvenient and misleading. Aside from an in hotel Lawson convenience store, there is essentially nothing within walking distance. For restaurants, shopping, or any kind of activity, you need to take the hotel shuttle or a taxi. Although the hotel location suggests that it is within the Disneyland area, this is not really accurate. In reality, the hotel is located in a remote, industrial area, far from the main attractions and lively parts of the Disney zone. Overall, the hotel is good, but the location is a major downside.

Hotel was amazing - super clean, great water pressure, large sized rooms, very comfortable mattress and pillows. Only downside is that the hotel is a little far from the subway station - about 20-25 min walk. The hotel has a shuttle service to and from the Disney parks, as well as the subway station - just need to plan your day accordingly. Having a Lawson on the first floor was a big plus too!

概ねとても満足でした。 子連れなので、朝食の整理券が部屋で取れて、自分の番まで部屋で待てるのが助かりました。良いシステムだと思います。 一つだけ残念だったのが、ディズニーリゾートからの帰りのシャトルバスの本数が少なすぎて、その少ないバスにお客さんが殺到、、、それだけで危ないし、乗れない人は次の便まで待たないといけないし、次の便でも乗り切れなさそうなお客さんの人数に見えました、、、。 そこだけではありますが、そこがかなり重要な懸念事項で、、、リピートするか迷う程です。 とても良いホテルなのに、惜しいポイントだなと、、、改善をお願い出来たら嬉しいです。

新しいホテルということもあり、ホテル全体的に清潔感、機能性は抜群でした。 ただ、スキンケア用品についてはアメニティの用意がなかったのでその点は気になりました。(シャンプーなどはPOLAのものでとても良かったです。) 朝食付きプランでしたが、朝食はまさに世界の料理といった感じで、普通のホテルモーニングとは違い、多国籍料理でした。朝から重いと思われる方も多いかもですが、私にとってはとても美味しく、楽しかったです。

開業して間もないため、施設も綺麗でしたし、部屋もゆったりくつろげる広さでした。トイレ・バスが別で、バスタブも十分くつろげます。 ローソンが一階にあり、とても便利でした。 ホテル滞在はとても快適です！ ロケーションとしては、東京ディズニーシーから徒歩10〜15分で、朝食を食べて少し運動がてら東京ディズニーシーに徒歩で向かうのが丁度良かったです。 ただ、ディズニーパークへの移動にはホテルの送迎バスがあるのですが、これがあまりにも利用しにくいので、要注意です。私は、この送迎バスの課題が解決しない限り、残念ながら今後の当ホテルの利用はないかな。 私が利用したのは、3月第一週の平日3日間ですが、朝夜の送迎バスほぼ毎回満車になり乗れないお客様が出てしまいます。本数もかなり少ないです。朝は15分間隔ですが日中は１時間に1〜2本。特に注意なのは夜です。パーク閉園した後の21時台は1〜2本のみでしかも終バスです。パークを思いっきり楽しんでもバスはないと思った方が良いです。徒歩かタクシーでホテル戻りになります。 私が利用したのは3月第一週の平日3日間でこのような状態ですので、週末や長期休暇期間はバスに乗れないお客様で溢れそうで、かなり酷い状態になりそうです。 部屋数に比べてバス台数が少ないようです(3台？)。 バス問題は、是非とも改善して欲しいです。改善できたら、星5つです。
