My reservation was not honored. I called the number listed and they had no record of my reservation. I called Travelocity and after a very long hold was told they would have to refund my money and I could rebook the location is I wanted to. They didn't offer any reason. They just reminded my money and left me with no place to stay. Travelocity was very kind but it was disappointing to travel 10+ hours and not have a place to stay.
