Family stay-over on our way to Italy. We had a family room. Second bed for adolescent kids was very bad! Overall impression was: okay but a little bit messy kind of working in restaurant and during breakfast.

Good option in downtow

Very spacious family room, excellent. Magnificent breakfast. Located right in the center, facing the square. Areas for improvement: 1) Reception only available until 10 PM and could provide more information (sometimes unattended during business hours). 2) The listing failed to mention that the location was in the city center—it gave the impression there was a green area and a playground for kids (false). 3) The windows lack blackout curtains; the existing curtains don’t block all the light, making the room bright as early as 5 AM. 4) Housekeeping did not clean the room. 5) Despite good soundproofing, the city center can be noisy at times, especially during festivals/shows/events (as in our case). Additionally, the cathedral next door rings its bells constantly, even late at night.

We really enjoyed our stay here, we had to book late due to some traveling we had, and they were able to accommodate our very large group. The rooms were nice and clean. They had dinner options till 10, and the breakfast was amazing. Such a great spread, lots of different options and the service was great. Its right in the middle of town, with a beautiful church nearby which had awesome views. We would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel in a lovely town

Very clean hotel with large rooms. Great breakfast and we also had an evening meal there, which we all enjoyed (huge burger!). Reception staff were welcoming and helpful. We stayed here as a midpoint to activities and Munich, but also really liked Ottobeuren - it’s a lovely town, plenty of places to eat and the abbey is extraordinary. All in all a great find - highly recommend

Nice hotel with modern rooms, but the technical service could be a bit better. Shower door did not close properly, and the shower nozzle was not pointing downwards. But friendly service and the possibility of charging the electrical car in the garage made us forget to mention it. Diner accepted till 10PM which is exceptional for Germany.

Die wenigen Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und tun wohl alles dafür, dieses Hotel am Laufen zu halten, jedoch sind es zu viele Gäste für so wenig Personal. Hier scheint es massive Leitungsdefizite zu geben. Das Frühstück war eine Katastrophe und das Personal hat jedem dort nur noch leid getan. Das war nicht zu bewältigen. Schade . Wir würden hier nicht wieder übernachten.
