The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was beautiful, and in very easy walking distance to a number of interesting places. It’s an excellent option if you’re visiting Madrid! The hotel is really well located in the center, 2-3 minute walk from Puerta del Sol and the metro station, it is a very busy area and yet there’s no noise inside the rooms. Staff is super kind and helpful! I would stay here again.

Everything went well, and the communication with the staff was quick and effective. We just had 2 issues, the only sofa was really uncomfortable, and the washer machine didn’t work. We talked to the staff about the sofa and was nothing that could be done, and we didn’t call for the washer machine because it was during the weekend and we didn’t have time for it.

Most of the sightseeing are within 10 minutes walk, lot of cafes and restaurants, facing to a very busy street but quite after you close the window and door. Noticed that some previous customers having hot water issue, but not at all for my stay in apartment #31. Staff in the nearby office were very helpful and kind.
