The property was charming. It is in the middle of the only village on the island and only five minutes walk from the port. The property is quite hard to find but the local contact on the island was very helpful sending very detailed instructions and photographs. The property was simple very clean and And exactly as shown in the photographs on Hotels.com. There were in effect for beds to downstairs and a double bed on a mezzanine. Outside the property was a charming pergola with seating and a swing seat where we could sip wine in the evening and watch the beautiful view over the village and the port above all else the property is on the most amazing island. If you have never been to Halki before then you’re in for the most wonderful surprise. it is a beautiful island with some lovely beaches some wonderful people. It really is Greece as it used to be 30 years ago. The one thing you absolutely must do is go to the Taverna in the abandoned old village up in the hills. You can include a walk up to the Medieval castle. That is the most magical evening.

Kiki Studio overlooking the village

We stayed in this accommodation 18 years ago and it has been totally transformed now. Very clean and fresh. Nicely situated but the chickens next door woke us at 4am. We were there early from the ferry but were allowed to leave our bags there before check in.

The staff was really helpful and the room had a sea view, which was nice.The apartment was inconvenient for a tall person and there was a smelling of humidity on the room. Last but not least, the price of the room was higher than it should be, regarding the facilities of the room.

Avoid they double sell these houses.

Be very careful when choosing your property at Atlantis Houses, we booked and paid for our choice, a big apartment in the yellow house for our longer stay, when we arrived off ferry the men took us to the property and it was occupied by another couple, sold twice....we were told we were in dungeon style tiny dark studio underneath house.....this is NOT what we booked and paid for. The manager was called and was very rude and angry, tried to say we booked smaller one, i had my receipt, he said what do you want me to do kick the couple out.....i was very upset and angry after this was the highlight of our multi island trip. We had to stay in dungeon for 2 nights and when the couple left we got the property i booked upstairs for the remaining 4 nights, no refund offered or anything. Avoid unless you are happy to be palmed off with another place on arrival that you did not want. Very bad service and treatment.

Camera piccola ma piuttosto carina con letto alla francese. La camera ha aria condizionata, frigo (con due bottiglie acqua molto apprezzate). Il bagno e'piuttosto piccolo ma funzionale. Ciò che rende immediatamente la camera invidiabile è il grande terrazzo attrezzato in comune con una vista meravigliosa sul mare e sul paese. Ringrazio molto per il check in anticipato e la gentilezza del personale. Ovviamente la valutazione va rapportato alla qualità/prezzo

NINA STANDARD: camera con vista magnifica e bellaterrazza di cui ho goduto completamente non essendoci altri ospiti nelle stanze vicine. La camera è piccola, molto vecchia con un mobilio semplicemente brutto e riciclato. Il bagno talmente minuscolo è di fatto il box doccia della struttura (ha solo un doccino) e ci si lava fra WC e lavandino. La presa elettrica d'ingresso che attiva l'elettricità è pericolosamente cascante priva di alcuna sicurezza. Non ho avuto nessuno al porto al ricevimento per consegna chiavi e istruzioni check in, e dopo mezz'ora di attesa ho chiamato il cellulare fornitomi dalla email di conferma. Il numero apparteneva a una persona che da molto tempo non lavorava piu' per la struttura! Contattato il numero della sede, dopo altra attesa è arrivato un ragazzo che dal molo mi ha portato su per le scale del paese sino alla stanza, consegnandomi la chiave. Nessuna istruzione, niente WI-FI password (ho dovuto richiamare la sede per farmela dare), niente di niente. Da giovedi a domenica non ho visto nessuno e niente pulizie, Per comunicare il check out ho richiamato io. Risposta: lasci le chiavi nella porta

Vi hadde et fint opphold på Atlantis med meget god beliggenhet og nydelig utsikt fra terrassen. Ellers er leiligheten koselig og enkel. Dessverre funket Aircondition dårlig så var varmt om natten, men vi fikk en ekstra vifte i tillegg uten at det hjalp noe særlig… Sengene var også harde og lite trykk i dusjen, men kan likevel anbefales for noen dager.

La casa è molto tipica, nel cuore dei vicoli d Chalki. L'appartamento dentro è piccolo ma funzionale. Unico problema è il bagno piccolo che ha solo un doccino appeso a muro senza nemmeno una tendina e quindi si allaga tutto. Bello invece il terrazzo che è ampio e con vista mare, con un bel tavolo dove mangiare all'aperto e rilassarsi. Per pochi giorni di soggiorno va benissimo.

Mysig lägenhet på fina Chalki

Liten men mysig lägenhet med terrass och havsutsikt. Staden är pytteliten så det är nära till allt. Lugnt och skönt, även på natten. Skön säng, men krävdes lite klättring för den som låg innerst. Städning bara ett par gånger på en vecka, och den var inte särskilt noggrann. Men som helhet var vi väldigt nöjda!
