We LOVED this hotel! Booked on a whim passing through CO on the way to UT and so happy we did. Bed was so comfortable, pool and hot tub were clean and perfect temp, breakfast was basic but had something for everyone. The staff was very friendly. Thanks for a great stay!

Staff is very friendly. The hotel is older and the wear and tear shows. The bathroom door didn’t have a stopper on it so it bashed into the front door every time it opened. The bathroom door also had a bunch of chunks of wood taken out of it. It just feels a bit dowdy and in need of a refresh. There was nothing inherently bad about the place, I’m comparing it to my experiences of all hotels. When in Parachute, it’ll do just fine.

The facilities are good for the price, but they use a lot of sneaky tactics. The price increases for each additional person beyond the single-person rate, and although it clearly states that parking is free, they try to charge for parking at check-in. This is in a village where there's nothing around and you can park anywhere...

BEWARE FEMALE TRAVELERS!!!!!! I stayed here because there was a storm and I wasn’t going to make it through the pass. The front desk agent took my phone number off the reservation and began texting me inappropriately. He asked for me to meet him in the bathroom by the pool and told me he wanted to do inappropriate things to me. It was very late when I received these messages and due to the weather and conditions, I was not able to find another hotel which resulted in me not sleeping because I was afraid that he was going to come into my room. I reported him to the regional manager who told me that she would do an investigation. I have followed up several times with no response. If you are a woman and you stay here, watch out for Tyler. He is a tall Caucasian male with long blonde hair and he has tattoos on his arms. And I’m pretty sure that taking guests personal information and contacting them without their consent is illegal, let alone incredibly unprofessional. The fact that this has been reported with no retribution is a problem as they are enabling him and continuing to give him access to guests who stay here. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Room was clean, staff was nice but they do not honor the complimentary breakfast that was listed. It’s $14.95 per person per day. We did not eat there for breakfast as we were upset for our booking not including what we paid for.
