Room was spacious and clean. The guy was nice. The lady was not helpful at all told me that there was water in the fitness center to refill my water bottle but fatter finding the room the water jug for the dispenser wasn’t there. There was No charge for parking, which was nice. Breakfast didn’t have anything available and is ridiculous that they advertise for this. No milk for cereal and no waffle mix with their maker available. Didn’t offer eggs or protein options. Orange juice was water. Only had bread with no jelly or jam options. Ended up going out for breakfast so don’t count on them having any food especially when you are there early.

Staff is very friendly. The hotel is older and the wear and tear shows. The bathroom door didn’t have a stopper on it so it bashed into the front door every time it opened. The bathroom door also had a bunch of chunks of wood taken out of it. It just feels a bit dowdy and in need of a refresh. There was nothing inherently bad about the place, I’m comparing it to my experiences of all hotels. When in Parachute, it’ll do just fine.
