Don't book this hotel wifi doesn't work plus owner of the hotel doesn't let you a order anythings from outside it's like a prison he was fighting with poor delivery guy unbelievable, overnight property keep losing power lights and tv turn off and on by themselves, I left 3 days early even though I paid.

Gece odanızda sanki konserdeymişsiniz gibi yüksek müzik sesi duymak istiyorsanız, bir otelde gözünüze uyku girmeyecek kadar bas titreşimi olmazsa olmaz diyorsanız doğru tercih. Üstelik yasalar eğlenceyi kısıtladı, gece 12'de biter diye üzülmeyin! Sabah 4'e kadar da devam ediyor. Müzik sabah 4'te bitti, gürültü bitecek diye de kaygılanmayın! Eğlenceden çıkanlar otelin önünde yüksek sesli konuşmaları ve kahkahalarıyla odanızdaymış gibi gürültüyü sürdürecektir. Ha normal insanlar gibi yüksek seste uyuyamayanlardansanız, devam edeceğini gece 12'den sonra öğrendiğiniz bu sesten kaçmak için bavulunuzu toplayıp Adana sokaklarını arşınlamak ve odada kalıp sinir harbi yaşamak arasında bir tercih yapmanız gerekecek. İyi bir otel. Temizlik ve hizmet gayet iyiydi. Bahçeye servis yapan görevli hanım çok güler yüzlü ve nazikti. Ancak resepsiyondaki görevliler hep asık yüzlü ve yeterince kibar değiller. Otel yönetimi, resepsiyondaki personelinize dikkat lütfen.

Otel personeli çok ilgili ve nazikti. Yaşadığımız bir iki ufak probleme anında çözüm ürettiler. Ancak çok ciddi bir ses yalıtımı sorunu var odaların ve konaklamamızın ilk gecesinden yan odadaki 2 müşteri nedeniyle 1 saat bile uyuyamadık. Ertesi gün odamızı ricamız üzerinde derhal değiştirdiler. Temizlik, ilgi ve güleryüz açısından memnun kaldık. Ayrıca kahvaltı hizmeti de leziz yöresel ürünlerden oluşuyordu.

Oda kanal kokuyordu. Klima düzgün çalışmadığı için oda 2-3 saate ancak ısındı. Wifiye bağlanacak kadar bile internet yoktu. Televizyon kumandası doğru düzgün çalışmıyordu bir kanal değiştirmek bile çok zahmetliydi. Dolapların içleri tozlu ve bakımsızdı. Odada ikramlık su bile yoktu. Odenılen paraya karsılık çok vasat bir konaklama yasadık.

Hotel bastan sona calisalari ile mukemmel . Check in yapan arkadas cok kibar ve yardim sever. Sabah kahvalti saat 10.00 da bitmesine ragmen 10.15 de geldigim halde topluyorlardi ve benim icin toplamayi birakitilar ve kahvaltimi yapabildim. Gonul rahatligi ile aileniz ile kalabilirsiniz, cok merkezi yerde ve heryere yurume mesafesinde.Bir cok otelde yurt ici ve yurtdisi olmaz uzere kaldim , ama bu hotel bambaskaydi. Cok tesekkurler.

Die Unterkunft liegt Zentral. Die Angestellten sehr Nett und Hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist 9 Jahre alt und so sehen z.b der Teppich, WC-Sitz etc. auch aus. Manchmal riecht es auch nach Zigaretten.

İş için kaldım. Bir gün kalacaktım ancak işim uzadığı ve otelden memnun kaldığım için bir gün daha aynı otelde kaldım. Herşey çok güzeldi. Otel Adana'nın en güzel semtlerinden birinde, merkeze çok yakın.Çevresi oldukça sakin. Çalışanlar gerçekten kibar, güleryüzlü. Kahvaltı açık büfe güzel ama bir tık daha iyi olabilir. Yatak oldukça konforlu, oda yeterli genişlikte ve temiz. Bulunduğum odada Wifi sıkıntısızdı. Araç parkında sorun yaşamadım. Kısacası size sürpriz yaşatmayacak keyifli güzel temiz bir otel. Rahatlıkla tavsiye edebileceğim bir otel.
