I booked a double single bed and they put me in a bedroom just beside the kitchen area with two beds. The air conditioner was noisy and water from taps was leaking. Nao voltaria.Quarto mal cuidado,pequeno, cupim no armario, cheiro de mofo, tomadas sem espelho, ar condicionado muito velho de janela, nao gelava so fazia barulho e vento. Elevador pequeno, apertado e sujo.Tem um centro de umbanda bem na frente com barulho até por volta da meia noite(impede o descanco) chuveiro velho. Equipe muito atenciosa e prestativa, porém o café da manhã poderia ter mais opções. Outro ponto importante é em relação ao nome do hotel. No momento da reserva, o nome que aparece é Atlântico Lapa, porém, ao chegar ao local (08/02/2026), o prédio está identificado apenas como Hotel Pouso Real, sem qualquer menção ao nome Atlântico Lapa. Acabamos rodando o quarteirão procurando e só depois de perguntar descobrimos que se tratava do mesmo lugar. Para um turista estrangeiro, ou alguém que não costuma pedir informação, fica muito difícil encontrar o hotel dessa forma

Só tenho duas reclamações sobre o hotel: 01) o Serviço de quarto não foi legal, pois o blindex do banheiro estava quebrado e quando os 04 hóspedes do quarto que alugamos tomavam banho, alagava o banheiro e tinha risco grande de escorregar e cair. Pedimos dois tapetes extras e não conseguimos, só foi dado um domingo ultimo dia das diárias. Além disso não tinha secador de cabelo no banheiro e o ar condicionado do primeiro quarto não gelava suficiente para todos os hóspedes do quarto. 2) O café da manhã não tinha pão de sal para todos os hóspedes, faltaram vários alimentos no café da manhã até o encerramento das 10h.

O local é muito mal cuidado, os armários são mofados, a Tv não funciona, os lençóis e cortinas são encardidos, os cobertores são de péssima qualidade, impossível de utilizar, as toalhas estavam bem surradas mas deu para usar, o wifi só funciona na recepção, a limpeza deixou a desejar e os pisos de taco estão precisando restauro. Em geral tem bom espaço, mas falta manutenção e cuidados básicos. A localização é duvidosa, região central com prostituição, bares e parece bem perigoso. O café da manhã estava satisfatório e com boa variedade.
