Pros: -Paschal was amazing (great customer service) -wifi was strong -breakfast was hearty and free -clean room -locked gate to enter premises -food available at the hotel Cons: -far away from centre of town (and roads are quite bad in the local area) -lost power to my room block during the night -no mosquito net over bed -not much of a social vibe (there was only one other guest I met)

we stayed here because we were participating in the Kili marathon. the hotel was extremely conveniently located, less than 5 mins walk from the stadium. Paschal in particular was so helpful, communicating with me in advance of our arrival to make sure we had everything we need. the one problem we had was that dinner was quite slow, this was because they were busy due to the marathon the next day. Paschal and his team were very apologetic about it and offered us complimentary drinks. we declined but he did also arrange for us to have a later check out after the marathon at no extra cost. we will definitely stay at B&B Hotel next time we are running the Kilimanjaro Marathon! Thanks so much to Paschal and all the team!

The staff and food here are excellent! Rooms are clean and comfortable. I had everything I needed and more! It is a great place to stay and I will return to BNB hotel every time I come back to Moshi!
