A localização do hotel é ótima para deslocamentos, alguns imprevistos sempre ocorrem não deixar o número de toalhas para os hóspedes, a TV pequena com um canal e imagem ruim. O site hotel.com deveria já cadastrar o nome dos hóspedes pq tivemos problemas pq as minhas amigas chegaram antes e não podiam entrar no quarto pq eu era a titular e na reserva não havia o nome delas , mesmo eu tendo enviado pelo WhatsApp do hotel. Enfim não esperar muito da hospedagem.

Falta de empatia com o hóspede.

Cheguei no hotel as 13:40, fui fazer check in as 14:00, pediram pra mim aguardar 10 minutos, que já ia liberar o quarto. Qnd foi 14:30 fui ver se já estava liberado e nada ainda, disseram que não tinha quarto liberado. Qnd foi 15:05 fui novamente cobrar a liberação do quarto e depois de alguns instantes me liberaram um quarto. Que qnd eu entrei o banheiro estava molhado e mal limpo, a tv só pegava um canal e ruim, fui a recepção pedi pra manutenção verificar a possibilidade de pelo menos melhorar esse único canal. Me informaram que não tinha como. ( Era bem nítido a falta de vontade em solucionar qualquer problema) O café da manhã é razoável, não tem muitas opções e repetem as mesmas coisas, todos os dias... Não voltarei a me hospedar, e não recomendo... É falta de respeito com o hóspede passar pelo que eu passei. E nem uma desculpa eles pedir... Simplesmente achar normal a situação....
