Stayed at the 25 Hours Olympia Hotel for 13 nights and it impressed us straight away. We travel internationally often and recently moved from New York, so we notice when a hotel gets things right. This one does. The rooms feel considered and everything works the way it should. Getting coffee downstairs is easy first thing in the morning. The staff make the stay feel personal. You feel looked after from the moment you arrive. The team clearly enjoys working together and that comes through in how they treat guests. Everyone is quick to help and they do it with real warmth. Gia in particular went out of her way for us more than once. The location is great with plenty of good restaurants nearby. We were a little sad to leave.

Reception staff were friendly and welcoming on check in and during the stay. Small touches like the mini bar snacks, soft drinks and snacks downstairs are complimentary. I took a small room which was quite small, with no outlook. I didn't check but there is no gym, which I would have preferred - but that is more of a personal preference and not reflective of the hotel. What a great find! We absolutely love this hotel! It’s my new favourite. The staff are all exceptional - really really lovely friendly warm people - sympatica! Thank you all for making our stay brilliant. I travelled with my disabled mum and the disabled facilities were excellent, we had the most help I’ve had anywhere in the world. The decor and amenities are bright, fresh and a lovely surprise. Honestly though - amazing job on recruitment, nicest, funnest and most attractive bunch of staff I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. What a delightful respite from the heatwave outside. The funky design elements make the room really stand out without being offensive. The staff were super friendly and helpful.
