Excellent place! Just a short walk to the Selaron staircase and the São Sebastião Cathedral. And it’s a market in the streets just one block away some of the days, with live music. And it’s a very nice place on the rooftop with excellent view and a pool.

I had to cancel my reservation I did not completed my check in. The hotel was badwas very noisy the lady at the front desk she was very rude extremely rude they had me waiting for an hour to check in and then they were like 30 people in line to check in I flew for 9 hours and I waited there for 2 hours you wouldn't even talk to me or answer my question. So I told them to cancel the reservations and I booked myself in another hotel I don't recommend this hotel at all lady at the front desk she was very rude

Quarto legal, para três. Café sem tantas opções, apenas ok. O hotel proibe o consumo de bebidas alcoólicas na área da piscina que não sejam compradas no bar, isso é venda casada. A governança tem muitos poderes, se você precisar de uma toalha ou buscar o achados e perdidos, só vai conseguir até um determinado horário, isso não me pareceu profissional.
