My wife and I stayed here for one night in October. It's is a very good location and the staff is friendly. Otherwise, this is a step up from a motel. Furnishings are shabby and outdated. Very few outlets, In the smallish rooms. TV is about 18 inches wide.. We had one bar of soap, one. Disposable toothbrush and one cheap sponge. And the cost was outrageous. $315.09 Euros per night.

My reservation was cancelled because the reservation was under my husband's name and the credit card was on my name. We arrived at the hotel at 1:30am and no reservations, the hotel didn't have rooms available. Hotel said it was Expedia who cancelled the reservation. We never got an email saying the reservation was cancelled.

Room did not get cleaned for three days, had to collect my own laundry after having dropped it off (similar for the iron and iron board, which I also had to collect at reception). Shower dreadful, massive cracks in the bath and a mattress that was on the bed during the Spanish civil war. Need I continue?

The property is located at an excellent ubicación. You are like 1 block to La Gran Via. I had stared in this hotel like 2 times, but, really, right now it has become obsolete, The first hotel I visited that does not have water(free) for the guest, no UBS co connect and charge the phones. Have to ask to change towels. Could not put the A/C , because they told me it was only in warm, and really, you close everything in this not so large room, you have to open de windows. Personnel were nice, except the one who checked us in, otherwise very nice. However they should modernize their hotel, its located in a beautiful spot, near everything. I was in a hotel facing a wall. (nice?)

Il soggiorno è andato complessivamente bene e in linea con le mie aspettative. Unica pecca avevo richiesto una camera con doccia a pavimento e bidet (avevo fatto una lunga ricerca perchè sembra che il bidet non sia usuale in Spagna), mi è stata invece assegnata una camera senza bidet e attrezzata per portatori di handicap. Il concierge si è dato molto da fare per cambiare la stanza e infine ho avuto una stamza con bidet, ma con doccia in vasca. Il personale (Sergio) è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Una menzione particolare per l'addetto allla colazione

El personal muy amable, tanto de restaurante como de recepción. Falta mantenimiento al hotel, la ducha no servía bien para ajustarse, la secadora de cabello se calentaba en segundos y se apagaba. La comida no es buena. Algunos contactos no cargaban. Las toallas del baño ya daban las últimas de vida.
