Péssima experiência! Começando pelo check in queriam me cobrar novamente mesmo eu mostrando o recibo de pagamento , recepção despreparada. Atendimento no restaurante e Prsia simplesmente não existe , você precisa procurar alguém pra atender e quando faz o pedido demora horas para chegar. Na alimentação precária , pedi uma moqueca de badejo e estava congelado , insosso e borrachudo. No dia seguinte pedi isca de peixe na praia e veio congelado também depois de esperar mais de 2 horas . O hotel não tem vinhos e os que tinham nunca chegavam. Atendimento deplorável do restaurante. Roupas de cama velhas, puídas , travesseiros velhos, colchão duro e cama bamba. Limpeza do quarto no 2 dia tive que chamar pra refazer, cama amarrotada, banheiro molhado e sem toalhas e a jacuzzi imunda . Aluguei o quarto mais caro da hospedagem e foi decepcionante. A única coisa que salva é a proximidade com o mar mas está muito longe para ser considerado um hotel e ainda se intitulam de resort e spa oque é uma cilada. É uma pousada sem conforto, restaurante sujo, café da manhã bem fraco e no dia de ir embora nem ovos mexidos repuseram as 8 da manhã, fui embora com 1 xícara de café. Passei muito stress neste hotel, falta de profissionalismo, falta de atendimento, comida péssima, roupas de cama deploráveis, serviço de limpeza indigno . Pousada Pet friendly porém a acústica dos quartos não ajuda pois os cachorros latiam o dia inteiro e pareciam estar no meu qusrto. Se vc quer descansar sem stress FUJAM

O hotel é otimo e parabenizo a gerência por ter construído uma equipe muito bem treinada e cortês . Sem dúvida a equipe do hotel merece uma menção pela forma atenciosa como atendem os clientes. A localização é perfeita, o restaurante é muito bom. O serviço de praia é impecável. Eu me hospedei em um apartamento que é bastante funcional e espaçoso. Os pontos de melhoria seriam os seguintes: 1. O estacionamento em frente é pequeno com vagas em gaveta (o carro de trás prende o da frente). Isso é bastante inconveniente, sem falar do fato que não há cobertura contra o sol; 2. O papel higiênico dos apartamentos poderia ser de folha dupla dada a categoria do hotel 3. Faltam itens simples na cozinha do apartamento, como pano de prato e ao menos 1 panela, chaleira ou cafeteira. O ponto não é fazer grandes comidas mas ter um suporte minimo para uma refeição rapida e limpeza.
