4/10 Fair

Many electrical outlets didn’t work. Door to bath would graze the toilet. Ice machine didn’t work. Had an odor. And group of young Hispanics gathered outside their room in parking lot several doors down and semi-partied talking with Spanish music and loud talking until late. Room furniture average. Price not bad though.

Where do I begin? Hole in the wall, insects present, sticky liquid spilled on dresser, lamp shades soiled, no smoke detector in the room, stained bed coverings with cigarette holes, mold on the ceiling the bathroom and around the exhaust vent. Got moved to a 2nd room, a little better but with a few more insects, more stained bed coverings with cigarette holes. Lobby is locked so you talk through bullet proof glass. Ice machine Not operational. Not a great experience. Shut it down. Travelocity should remove this location from booking ability.

Room reserved was (2) Queen Bed - Room Received was (1) King Bed. Language barrier, rare, at Check-In. After back n forth: had to come back in two+ hours to actually 'check in' thru computer which was 'uploading' or otherwise not ready at actual check-in. TV: couldn't get any reception - decided NOT to re-visit language issues or whatever else. Pillows not comfy. Stains on bedspread. Insect (uknowhat) in bathroom. Just One, but... Hard to regulate temp in Room - window Unit, too much at 69deg to little heat at 68. Overnnight: below 40. Seemed Nobody else on the property until at some hour in the night loud banter and stair climbing. Noisy location for traffic, road-facing #108. No coffee machine in room. Only bar soap for toiletries. Linens Ok but not too soft. Prob more but you get the picture.
