Just to be clear the area where the hotel is located it’s not ideal, since it is in an hiding alley. The area is also not attractive since the path is mostly mud especially when it rains. Also consideration if you are claustrophobic be aware there are no windows in the rooms

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. Their behaviour is truly commendable — polite, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Whether it was the front desk team, housekeeping staff, or room service personnel, everyone was professional and attentive. They patiently answered all my questions and ensured that every request was taken care of promptly. Such warm hospitality really adds value to the stay. The location of the hotel is another major highlight. It is extremely convenient, especially for travellers. The hotel is situated just a short walking distance from New Delhi Railway Station, which makes it ideal for guests arriving by train. Important areas like Connaught Place, markets, restaurants, and transportation options are also nearby. Because of this central location, moving around the city becomes very easy and time-saving. Despite being so close to the main areas, the hotel premises feel safe and comfortable. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities that one expects for a comfortable stay. The housekeeping team does a great job in maintaining hygiene and cleanliness. The ambiance of the hotel is peaceful, making it suitable for both families and business travellers. All the staff are excellent and very welcoming. They are always willing to help and me you feel comfortable. The rooftop restaurant was the best part, they had awesome food and drinks. Service was top notch and we had a great time. I would book again and recommend to my friends. It was an adventure to find the place but it was worth it.
