Hotel is newly constructed. Rooms were neat & cleaned. Near to Masjid-e-Nabwi. Near to Restaurants and supermarkets But the entrance of hotel is not like a hotel. it was a single door. First i felt that i entered in someone's home. but overall experience is good.

Massive rooms and you can go wrong with £15 per night for a 4 bedroom room which is spacious. However the location is difficult to get to as many taxi drivers never heard of this place, it’s just like an apartment block and the guy for checkin is not usually there as timer to time he goes to mosque for prayer therefore you may have to wait a while for him or ask one of the shops for him. His WhatsApp responses are non existent sent 3 separate messages I’m here do checkin no response but is a friendly chap. due to roadworks it’s over 50 min walk eventough advertised at 15 min walk so the roadworks make you go all the way around which can be really long. Overall good value for what you pay for but location is very far from haram.

I had to spend a night there after Expedia cancelled my previous hotel booking. At least I managed to get a room and didn’t have to spend the night on the street. However, there were no towels in the bathroom, the floor was dangerously slippery, the flush wasn’t working, and the hotel’s surroundings were not pleasant either.

We are extremely disappointed with this hotel and would never recommend it. The pictures do not quite match those shown on Hotels.com, and the location is inaccurately described – it is far from Al Masjid An-Nabawi. There is no proper reception, no hotel sign (which seems suspicious), no room service, and overall service is nearly non-existent. The property lacks any real facilities, feels empty, and the staff were uncooperative. The rooms were unclean at check-in, with stained bedding, dirty pillows and sheets, and very poor hygiene. Basic essentials, including toilet paper, were missing. The toilet floor was dangerously slippery, and the flush didn’t work. Four of us were given only two towels, one worn and full of holes (see attached). When we requested more, the staff said: “each pair of two people must share one towel!” Additionally, the surroundings were unpleasant, with only a small kiosk nearby and very limited restaurant options, making the stay even more inconvenient.

L’hôtel est situé loin de Al Masjid An-Nabawi. Sur Google Maps, il est indiqué à environ 10 minutes à pied, mais en réalité la route est fermée. Il est donc nécessaire de prendre un taxi pour s’y rendre. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est moche. De plus, il n’y a pas de bureau de réception ni d’enseigne affichant le nom de l’hôtel sur le bâtiment, ce qui peut sembler un peu suspect. Cependant, le personnel est sympathique.

مع الأسف، الإقامة لم تكن كالمتوقع. لا يوجد شيء مكتوب في الوصف صحيح. كل شيء مفاجئ وأقل من المتوسط. تسجيل الدخول مثلاً كان مشكلة بسبب عدم وجود أي شخص ينتظر قدومنا، الغرف ليست كالمكتوب في الوصف أيضا؛ الحمامات لا يوجد فيها لوازم استحمام، لا يوجد مناشف، لا يوجد سلة قمامة، لا يوجد عليقات لتعليق الملابس، لا يوجد مكان جلوس أو مكتب في الغرفة. أيضا، الفندق بعيد عن الحرم، ليس كما هو مكتوب في الوصف 3 دقائق قيادة. لا أريد أن أسبب أذى لأصحاب الفندق، ولكني رأيت الكثير من الكذب في إقامتي. لا يستحق أبداً قضاء أي يوم فيه. من أسوأ الفنادق في المدينة المنورة.
