We are extremely disappointed with this hotel and would never recommend it. The pictures do not quite match those shown on Hotels.com, and the location is inaccurately described – it is far from Al Masjid An-Nabawi.
There is no proper reception, no hotel sign (which seems suspicious), no room service, and overall service is nearly non-existent. The property lacks any real facilities, feels empty, and the staff were uncooperative.
The rooms were unclean at check-in, with stained bedding, dirty pillows and sheets, and very poor hygiene. Basic essentials, including toilet paper, were missing. The toilet floor was dangerously slippery, and the flush didn’t work. Four of us were given only two towels, one worn and full of holes (see attached). When we requested more, the staff said: “each pair of two people must share one towel!”
Additionally, the surroundings were unpleasant, with only a small kiosk nearby and very limited restaurant options, making the stay even more inconvenient.
