Very best at its best , classy and enjoyable place to rest and eat th only note is about the Feijoada buffet where there’s a soda or juice included but they serve sodas out of a 2 liter bottle which sits in the ice so when they serve you is flat !! everything was fine including the breakfast ,the van driver ,Marcos was to aggressive ,impatient ,there are speed limits around the airport for a reason ,that guy went down the ramp at terminal 2 about 100 km a hour ,very careless ,make sure you find out who’s driving at the time of your arrival ,bristol is a excellent hotel and good rate

Terrible service, and is not clean! My bed sheets was ripped and the top sheet had blood stains, disgusting! You won't get any blanket, just one sheet to cover yourself, no comforter either. I want to cancel my stay and book another hotel, but refused. They sent someone to change the bed sheets. They really don't care, that was the treatment I got there. I would definitely NOT go back. Plenty options around that airport.

Will lie to you. Nickel & dime you to for trivial reasons. Example: when asked directly "is the parking on the street free?" The hotels answer, no. In actuality it is. They want you to pay $35 to park in their garage. Rides from the airport is free, yet rides to airport are $15 per person. Deluxe rooms are $81 per night, yet if you have two people staying in the room the price goes up. I guess scanning a passport costs extra.

I made a reservation via Hotels.com. It was at about 0015hrs on the 7th of January I waited for 1hr and 05 min. I tried calling the front desk and no one would answer. I have always enjoyed the Bristol but I was definitely upset. Because I made the call at 0015hrs on the 7th the hotels.com system would only check me in after 1400hrs on the 7th to 1100hrs on the 8th. I needed the hotel just after midnight on the 7th. I paid the $8.00 for protection. Since I did not get the reservation proper and I waited so long, I actually went (and paid for) the Panamby Hotel whose bus to the hotel came by twice-where the Bristol not once. I need the refund immediately back to my Bank of America. Thank you
