Hace un año me quede en el hostal victoria Ii y me encanto por eso ahora opte por el victoria I por que era el que tenia disponibilidad. Si bien me gusto tengo dos puntos: 1- el checkin se hace en el victoria Ii pero el cartel esta en la puerta del 2piso por lo que uno sube con las maletas y debe bajar y subir de nuevo al 2do piso del otro edificio. Eso deberia estar avisado en la entrada de la calle o enviar la información antes por mail y seria menos complicado andar con las maletas de un lado a otro. 2- eran dos habitaciones, una muy bien pero la otra era como un cenicero vivo, pese a que nos ofrecieron poner una maquina de ozono y tuvimos que estar todos los dias todo el dia con la ventana abierta pra ventilar eso debio hacerlo el personal de aseo cuando fueron a preparar la pieza, es como que hicieron las camas y cerraron, cero ventilacion y el olor era insoportable. Solo por la maquina que pusieron el segundo dia y por que teniamos todo el dia la ventana abierta logramos despues de 3 dias que se fuera el olor. La ubicación inmejorable y el personal muy amable, volveria pero ojala consideren las mejoras

Es un buen lugar para estar en el mismo centro de Puerta del Sol. Lo tienes todo a pasos solamente. Muy conveniente. La limpieza diaria de las habitaciones no falló. El check-in es fácil y más fácil aún el check-out. El personal de mantemiento muy amable y profesional. Por otro lado, para ser un hostal y no un hotel, lo encontré un poco sobre precio. Tal vez era por la temporada de Navidad, pero, el año pasado estuve en el mes de agosto en el Hotel Moderno, que está al otro lado de Puerta del Sol, por el mismo precio la noche. Y me incluía desayuno buffet y asistencia en el lobby 24 horas. Pero, repito, tal vez fue la temporada. Una recomendación: el área de la escalera y elevator debería estar en condiciones a la par con la limpieza de las habitaciones.

It is right next to a Metro subway station and just a 20 minute walk from The Prado. Very clean rooms but old elevator that can only fit two people. Was supposedly broken on our last day and we had to climb to the 5th floor (but looks like the construction workers just stopped the elevator). It's a shared building with other hostals. You can leave your luggage before check-in time.

Las indicaciones para hacer el cheking son terribles,te mandan a calle carretas n.7 ,toque el timbre y subí porque te abren sin control alguno,acto después me di cuenta que allí no estaba la recepción,tras 10 minutos buscando como hacer,una limpiadora me dijo que tenía que ir al n.3. Allí me atendió Ivana,bastante desagradable que me tuvo esperando 20 minutos porque estaba al teléfono sin siquiera dar un buenos días . Yo llegué a las 10:30 y me dijo que no podía entrar hasta las 15,que dejase las maletas en recepción pero que no tenía consigna y que además ella no me las podía vigilar ni asegurar que no les pasase nada Di vueltas por todo el centro hasta que las 13 me cansé de andar y pasar calor,volvía a subir y me encontré a una limpiadora y me dijo que mi habitación estaba lista(106),que no hacía falta que esperara hasta las 15,que pidiera mis llaves. Volví a recepción y le dije a IVANA lo que me había dicho la limpiadora a lo que no quería dejarme pasar y por mi insistencia y cabreo ya se dedicó a llamar para verificarlo y a lo que decía que no podía estar limpia pese a que la limpiadora insistía que si y yo la escuchaba a través del teléfono. Cuando ya por fin pase,llegue a una habitación pequeña,incómoda y que además la ventana daba a una salida de humos:de un restaurante (jamás pude airear la habitación) y a todo esto añadimos que había un chicle pegado en el escritorio y y un moco enorme pegado en las cortinas,sin olvidar que las limpiadoras no son nada silenciosas .

Lo bueno: fue que estábamos a un paso de todo, metro, plaza mayor, puerta del sol, todo muy cerca eso es lo que me gusto, no tuve necesidad de gasta en metro o transporte. Eso quizá es lo que vale el lugar. Llegamos desde el aeropuerto de la T4 y tomamos el 203 colectivo y nos bajamos en Cibeles y ya solo caminamos. Tiendas, casas de cambio, tienda de souvenir los principales lugares para conocer. Lo malo, fue que tienes que hacer el check in en otro lado, no está retirado está a tres locales de donde está ubicado. Tienes que subir con tu equipaje y lo peor es que es muyyyy reducido el elevador, sube uno primero y luego los demás. Mi viaje era con mi familia. Veníamos súper agotados de viajar que era lo menos que queríamos hacer dos paradas! Después tuvimos que volver a bajar con todo el equipaje y e ir al hotel y el mismo problema de elevador, tardaba tanto que tuvimos que subir escaleras. La habitación era cómoda y limpia, almohada suave y colchón. Agua caliente bien. Pondré fotos para que vean. Solo ese detalle de hacer check in en otro lugar. Considera si llevas equipaje grande. Solo dos personas a lo mucho en elevador. Entregamos la habitación a las 11 am y te guardan tu equipaje sin costo. Quizá sea algo a favor.

Horrible accueil , réception dans un bâtiment pas annoncé en avant , manque de professionnalisme. La salle de bains avait des cheveux par terre dés qu’on est arrivé et lendemain. Même après avoir contacté la réception. On a décidé de partir plutôt que prévu. Au moment d’aller remettre les clés, on nous a rien demandé comment s’était passée le séjour ni pourquoi on allait partir plutôt
