I had stayed there before and I liked it so I booked for a further 3 days after I had left for 2 days. To my horror, the day I returned, someone was in the room sleeping I had booked the room one week in advance and they were clueless as to what happened. I contacted the hotels out-of -hours number about 6 times and left a voicemail - no one called me, I also sent a number of messages on their WhatsApp number but no one responded eventhough I saw they had read the message, I had to contact Expedia for help. Expedia called the hotel but they also couldn't get through to Admin or Management, so Expedia refunded my money, it's over one week now and the hotel have not contacted me nor Apologised. Beware!
