Front desk, Belinda, was so courteous and friendly. She made me feel welcome. Great hotel to stay if you are in a business trip or just to vacation. You have the mall and restaurants in the surrounding area. I will book a room again on my next business trip.

Room was excellent and staff was really friendly! Only downside to me was the breakfast buffet. This was surprising to me because of all the positive comments I read about the breakfast buffet. The breakfast was one of my main reasons for selecting this hotel. What were my issues with the buffet? One, no bacon, waffles, or pancakes. Paper plates were flimsy. Eggs selection was plain or with ham only. I know this one may be weird for some but I like to serve myself instead of being served. When I chose a dish, I was served a small amount. I then had to ask for more which made me feel like the pig I am. lol. I didn't have breakfast the second day there because of this and will probably choose one that has a hot breakfast that includes bacon, waffles, and pancakes.

Great as always!! I keep coming back for fhe great and welcoming staff starting from their front desk assistant Belinda, the rooms are always clean, the best buffet I ever tried in any hotel room from McAllen is this one, food is delicious, the staff is always friendly and nice… I love the comfy beds, every time I come back is a great and relaxing experience.. Thank you!!

Everything went well as usual!! This is my favorite hotel welhen we want to get out of our routine and we never get disappointed… at the reception Belinda was an incredible person, kind and helpful!! She’s an example of great great costumer service! I love the way she treated me when I arrived at the property starting with her smile and good manners… The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast and the people working there were amazing!! Please don’t forget to tip them! They’re all so nice and make sure you get everything you need… I definitely highly recommend Verta Hotel if I only could give it 10 stars.. 5 stars is not enough for the attention, great food and place! Thank you!!
