We were told on arrival that we did not have a reservation because Expedia had cancelled our booking. I made the reservation through Hotels.com for 3 double rooms with 6 adults in January and had confirmation of the booking so I am not impressed by either Hilton or Hotels.com. If the reservation had been cancelled why was I not notified by either company? Why was I embarrassed for my guests by having to find alternative accommodation for 2 nights during Ascot week? We ourselves were there to attend Ascot. Hotels.com tried to find alternative accommodation for me but because your office is outside the UK you could not process the payment. Your customer care needs work. When on the telephone to your office I got cut off several times and could not get back directly to the operator dealing with me nor could they call me back because of policy. Very dissatisfied.

We booked this hotel for the spa facilities but was disappointed to find it was not open until 12 which was when we had to check out of our room therefore we couldn’t use it

Pool was advertised but not available. Maybe take it off the advertising if it’s never open.

We had an accessible room which was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Good quality furniture. Good breakfast.

We arrived early. Staff secured our luggage while we headed to Windsor. We had a lovely time. Upon return staff gave us our room, made reservations for airport the following day and ensured we’d get breakfast before heading out. Woke up at 2 am in complete darkness called front desk and it was resolved in a timely manner. For a quick stop in London, this was a good stay.

I had an issue with just one thing - I was on a business trip and had mistakenly left my iPhone charger plug behind. There was no solution at the hotel to help me charge the phone. In this day and age I'd expect most hotels to hv extra cables/ plugs built in chargers in the rooms.

Stayed at Hilton hotel T5 Heathrow. Very clean and friendly staff. You had planes flying over the hotel, but the place was sound proff. Got a good night sleep.

I stayed here because I had an early flight from Heathrow. The airport hoppa bus picks up from Hilton every 30 minutes.
It was so easy and convenient.
