The lovely hosts of this property created a stunning atmosphere that was calming and relaxing. They made a breakfast for us that was the best we had had up to that point. Comfortable stay

Overnight stay to see Waitomo Caves and Hobbiton. Hotel located just outside local town. Hotel in picturesque setting used for weddings. Very peaceful, big rooms, kind host and home cooked breakfast. There were sheep in the field which we could see from our room which our son enjoyed.
