Courteous staff. Convenient access to the Baird Center. Only complaint was not being able to adjust the room temp or even adjust or shut the blower for the heating/cooling off. We all woke up with sore throats from the blower running all night.

The staff was very nice and professional. The room was very spacious and clean. I love that I was able to connect to the Baird Center, without going out in the cold. I definitely will be booking again next month for my daughter volleyball tournament.

The staff was very friendly, and the location of the hotel was very convenient! Lots of options for food, drinks and entertainment within a 10 minute walk. The cleanliness of the Marc left a lot to be desired, however. The bedding was clean and comfortable, but everything else in the room was covered in grime and dust. Every touch point (faucet handles, light switches, doorknobs) is visibly caked with grime or limescale. You certainly get what you pay for at the Marc. If you're just there to sleep, book a room. If you're big on cleanliness, this place is not for you.

Good location. Other found parking was nice. I would say it was adequate. If you have a large vehicle, parking is not so great. Basically, your in a parking garage with every space made in the dimensions of a mid-sized sized car. Other than that, great classic feel with the rooms up to fairly modern standards. Could do better sound proofing in the rooms, but luckily I had good neighbors during my stay.
