We were moved after midnight on our first night due to the heat pumping and not being able to turn the ac on. Our second room had no shampoo but my kids didn't let me know until check out. All of the staff were nice and even managers were even seen in their offices or in the hallways throughout the weekend. Also it smelled so good from the fresh clean room to the great food that The Grille was making. I think the only down side was maybe the road outback however I think the TV drowned it out.
