This place is literally in the shadow of the Duomo and everything seemed to be within a 5-10 minute walk. I really like how there was a front desk with very, very helpful, nice, accommodating people. The room was perfect for 3 adults and 1 teen. It felt much bigger than anticipated due to the high ceilings. The air conditioning was the best we had in all the places we stayed in Italy. I would stay here again when visiting Florence.

I was very pleasantly impressed. The best thing about the stay was the parking garage option. It was a few minutes walk and cost us 30 euros for 24 hours. We got the room with the attached bathroom which was perfect for our family of 5. The staff at the reception was very polite and helpful.
