The staff was excellent and very helpful. The room was very nice. On the downside, the facilities could use some help - Both of the swimming pools had leaves and debris in them, and the fountains and stream in the courtyards were dry which reduced their desireability. but this is a nice hotel, run by nice people. It is very scenic. I would definitiely stay there again.

Hotel tem área externa bem agradável, quarto bem antigo , móveis também, limpeza feita dia sim , dia não.nao tem nem secador no quarto , tem varal no banheiro , ou seja , não seca nada , chuveiro é cama bons.num dos dias , o banheiro da piscina estava imundo.cafe da manhã ok, tem dias melhores que outros, em um dia o suco de laranja tava pura água, não fazem omelete nem tapioca, a não ser que seja pago(sim, é sério).check in demorado,mesmo depois de fazer o mesmo on line dias atrás, de nada adiantou, não respondem mensagens através do hotéis. Com e não achei whtattapp para informações antes da hospedagem.a vantagem do hotel , seu ponto forte é a localização, na frente da praia dos ossos, a 5 minutos de azeda e azedinha e 15 minutos da rua das pedras, tudo a pé.nao achei bom custo beneficio, pois a diária foi 700 reais e ainda cobram taxa de serviço sobre esse valor.

La posada estaba muy bonita, jardines bien cuidados, habitación mal distribuida, con una pieza pequeña para 3 personas y pieza muy grande para 1.Desayuno aceptable , agua caliente para té con pésimo sabor.,personal que lo atiende no es agradable.El tema del aseo no fue de lo mejor,ya que lo hacen cada 2 días y las toallas colgadas tomaban mal olor.El día de nuestro check , tuvimos un inconveniente con nuestro traslado a Rio y Vanessa fue muy gentil con nosotros, creo que fue lo mejor de nuestra estadía.En general diría que fue todo normal, nada espectacular y que no volvería a hospedarme ahí.
