overall its a great resort, but nothing like the Robinson clubs we have experienced in in other counries. Staff often tried, but were a bit unprofessional/not well trained and not very kind especially at the buffett. Simple things like a bottle of water at the kids table seemed too much. Plastic silver wear for kids were almost all broken. Dinner times fpr adults are with 19:30 just extremely late. When you are with kids you are pretty much forced to eat the kids dinner time eating nudels, chicken mc nuggests and fries every day as the kids wont make it up so late. with a super high room rate we felt fairly frustrated.

Sehr schöner Club mit einem großen Sportangebot, besonders in den Ferien. Unsere Kinder (16 und 14 Jahre) hatten ebenfalls viel Spaß. Alle Mahlzeiten waren sehr lecker. Jeden Abend gab es ein abwechslungsreiches Programm mit Shows, Livemusik und Quizabenden. Das gesamte Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich. Nach dem Umbau ist der Club noch attraktiver geworden (25-m-Becken, Sauna, neue Zimmer). Wir durften sogar ein neues Zimmer beziehen. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Die Luftfeuchtigkeit war durchgehend im Zimmer sehr hoch.

Warnung! Unglaublicher Vorfall! Vorgestern wurde unser seit langem gebuchter und bestätigter einwöchiger Aufenthalt im Club Robinson Fleesensee seitens des Clubs storniert. Zu Gunsten einer "Exklusivveranstaltung" wurden wir quasi rausgeschmissen. Es gäbe einen 50 Euro-Getränkegutschein, wenn wir einen anderen Zeitraum wählen. Die Dame vor Ort, mit der wir den Sachverhalt klären wollten, teilte uns mit, dass dies eine Entscheidung des Managements wäre, die sie so persönlich auch nicht mittragen würde aber jetzt auch nichts ändern könne. Emails an das Management bleiben unbeantwortet. So ein unprofessionelles Gebaren habe ich noch nie erlebt - wir sind schockiert. Man kann also in diesem Club nicht sicher sein, ob der Urlaub am Ende überhaupt stattfindet.

All in all, I had a wonderful time. This first, so what comes next is a differentiation of "wonderful". Considering the price of the Robinson Club Fleesensee, I think that there were a few unnecessary draw-backs. 1. On the first morning, I asked for boiling water. They only had lukewarm water, but you cannot get a proper tea out of lukewarm water. After 10 minutes, they came back, apologizing for the day, but tomorrow I would get an electric kettle for my tea. Well, I didn't. And after the experiecen, I decided not to ask again. 2. The fruit salad was already in a rotting state on one day. It was visible, and it was also smellable. I had to tell the staff to take it away. 3. On one day, the room only got cleaned, after I told the reception (I had to go there, as they did not answer my phone call) that nobody had cleaned it. 4. We had marvellous weather. Great. However, this meant that people stayed outside and kept shouting. Sometimes until about 2 am. Try to get some sleep under such conditions. This was not my first stay at a Robinson Club, but it was the first time for me that people were not asked either to be quiet or to come inside, when it got late. 5. The so-called wellfit room for fitness classes has no airing system at all. 6. The "all inclusive" excludes quite some things. Like capuccino or espresso after lunch. Anything outside eating times. And any minor event, too. Almost everything costs extra. Don't call this all-inclusive, it isn't.

Das dritte Mal

War jetzt das dritte Mal mit meiner Tochter im Club am Fleesensee. Noch überwägen die Vorteile die Nachteile. Nachteile: die Zimmer sind relativ alt, es gibt keine Klimaanlage in den Zimmern (leider bei 35 Grad), unser Zimmer war zur Terrasse und dadurch sehr laut ( nach zwei Tagen gewechselt), Tischkonzept (keine festen Tische und man setzt sich einfach an freie Plätze dazu) wird aufgeweicht durch fast die Hälfte der Tische die reserviert sind. Das ist echt schade! Vorteile: tolle Lage, Robinsonkonzept, Essen, Personal, Parkplatz, Sportmöglichen

Club mit kleinen Mängeln

Wir kennen den Club seit vielen Jahren und kommen immer wieder gerne hierher. Leider müssen wir feststellen das diverse Reisegruppen die in Bussen herangekart werden den eigentlichen Charakter des Wohlfühl Clubs so wie wir ihn kennen in erheblichen Maße stören und dann doch eine gewisse Ballermann Atmosphäre entstanden ist. Dennoch werden wir wiederkommen und dann ein etwas ruhigeres Zimmer wählen... Das Personal ist nach wie vor klasse und das Essen ist immer eine Reise in diesen Club wert.

Top Service & Speisen - Zimmer gehören renoviert

+++ Teilnehmer an Harley Driving Académie -Höchstes Lob dafür. (Flexibel, engagiert, persönlich, entspannt) +++ Speisen - speziell für Buffetform insgesamt sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. --- Zimmer sind ok (nicht mehr, aber auch nicht weniger), jedoch schon in die Jahre gekommen. Schimmelartige Flecken in der Dusche sowie die Teils schon sehr "verbrauchten" Handtücher stören den sonstigen sehr guten Gesamteindruck jedoch empfindlich. +++ Besonderes Lob an die Mitarbeiter/innen: Beste Service- und Gästeorientierung - hier könnten sich einige (auch 5*- Hotels) etwas abschauen.
