Hotel is well located and is clean. However we missed some of the amenities that we had enjoyed in other City Express hotel. For example an ironing board and iron, expending machines that sell water bottles, tissues in the bathroom, etc.

Al llegar a la habitación y muy cansada debido a que tuve un día muy intenso y manejando en carretera, me encuentro con que en la habitación no había teléfoni, ni secadora. Esto en ningún momento fue informado por la señorita de la recepción. Me decepcionó mucho, este muy mal servicio. Además de que la habitación la sentía que faltaba limpieza, la puerta por dentro del baño estaba manchada. Ya no había ni kleenex, Personalmente no buscaré otra opción, para mi ha bajado la calidad del servicio de este hotel. Ya no será una opción en el futuro.

Muy bien servicio, limpieza y ubicación, se ve que ya necesita un poco de mantenimiento pero relación precio calidad muy bien, no mencionaban que tenían cunas pero cuando les comenté que llevaba bebé me informaron que si contaban con cuna lo cual para mí fue de gran ayuda, buffet suficiente para un desayuno bueno sin llegar a ser excelente.

Es un problema mundial que la entrada al hotel sea hasta las 3pm y que sean como en este caso, inflexibles. Si fuera de madrugada lo entiendo pero a las 12pm ya es una hora razonable. NO espero cambiar sus políticas, pero si hubieran hecho una excepción hubiese quedado MUY satisfecho.
