Beautiful hotel in a quiet residential area not far from the airport. I actuality walked the 5.5 km on a beautiful evening at sunset. Very clean, quiet room with all ammenities including air conditioning. Free bottles of water and a can of sparkling water were highly appreciated. Little fridge was welcome to keep food cold. Very nice shower cabin and lots of vlean towels. Not far from the airoport. Took a talk a the train for one station.

The reception at check in was wonderfully welcoming. The shower was really hot and the water pressure very strong and great. The room was equipped with all necessities and spotless, with a strong a/c system. All in all, great value for my $$. I look forward to returning and having a chance to bike the beautiful area, not just enroute from a business trip.

This hotel is on the 3rd floor of a business building. We arrived very late and the keypad was not working. Finally after 20 min someone showed up in the office to let us in. It is a super basic room. Feels more like a dorm room. No coffee in the room and had to pay for it in the dining room ..we did no get breakfast. Would not stay here again

I hate having to write a somewhat negative review but feel it is justified. We booked a room with Reinisch Just Rooms. The day before checkin I received an email saying that the check in desk is at their other hotel down the street. This would be inconvenient at best during the day or if we were not traveling with luggage. Neither was the case for us. We arrived to the lobby with luggage at about 10:30 PM local time. The staff was very friendly but when asked about how to get to the other hotel they said there was nothing they could do. That it was just down the street. Too late to change plans at that point we walked down a very dark street near the airport in Vienna by ourselves to the other building. We almost walked by it because we were “on the lookout” of our surroundings as well as the building was not lit up. I literally had to use my phone’s flashlight to see where to tap our room key to open the outside door. The whole situation made us feel unsure and uncomfortable but we were also not going to chance walking back to complain. The room itself was clean and suitable. It lives up to the name “Just Rooms”. Fine for a night, as we were flying out early the next morning but, honestly can not recommend this hotel for anything more. Get there while the sun is out.

The company has two locations on the same block - one is just rooms where we reserved a room, and the second is their business section, where the reception is located. This review is for the business section of this company's property, located down the street from Just Rooms. There ends up some confusion on where to arrive, where to check in and what to do with suitcases when you need to stay in one location and check in the other. It's not a big deal in hindsight, but if you have multiple suitcases and are in the wrong spot late at night in a place that you are not familiar with, it is a disappointment. The very kind lady at reception was able to find a room for us in the business section (which was very nice, with all the amenities), and we did not have to go back to the other (Just Rooms) building yet again. Just be mindful of this when booking.
