Très bon rapport qualité-prix. Le personnel a été vraiment accueillant, même à notre arrivée tardive. Le parking le plus proche était complet, on nous a dirigé vers un parking éloigné. Le réveil avec la vue sur le Mont Fuji était magique ! Le petit-déjeuner buffet, varié et très bon, permettait de se resservir à volonté — parfait pour bien démarrer la journée.

出張で利用しました。チェックインもスムーズですし、大浴場から望む河口湖はとても綺麗でした。フロントの対応も丁寧ですし、朝食も美味しかったです。ただ、普段タバコをあまり吸わないのですが、他に空いているホテルがなく、喫煙室を選択しました。どうしても部屋についているタバコの匂いが気になってしまいました。
