Satisfeita com a minha estadia, só achei que a parte do estacionamento devia ser melhor informado com antecedência. recomendo a quem for reservar para se atentar a essa questão. Hotel não possui estacionamento próprio, ao chegar é cobrado a diária do estacionamento a parte. Fora isso foi ótimo!

A hospedagem e o atendimento do hotel foi impecável, muito educados e solícitos, o hotel bem limpo, algumas instalações um pouco mais antigas, mas bem cuidado, o café da manhã bem farto, com várias opções. A localização é boa, mas tem alguns vizinhos em situação bem precária, cheiro de esgoto e sujeira na rua, ao lado do hotel. Muitos andarilhos ao redor. Não fomos abordados porém sentimos um pouco de medo da vizinhança, o estacionamento é bem próximo do hotel, uns 2 minutos de caminhada.

Quarto simples, porém muito bem organizado e limpo O banheiro estava limpo e cheiroso, porém acho que só faltou uma porta de vidro no box, pois a água do chuveiro era muito forte e com isso molhou quase todo o banheiro Café da manhã simples, mas mesmo assim uma delícia. O quarto precisa melhorar a acústica. Estão deixando de utilizar soluções baratas e eficazes nas janelas e portas, por exemplo. O barulho de outros quartos me acordava várias vezes durante a noite. Gosto muito do hotel, mas esse problema do barulho precisa ser resolvido com urgência.

Não foi tão agradável como esperava.

Por eu ter pego uma reserva de suíte Júnior com cama de casal, não imaginava que juntariam 2 camas de solteiro pra formar a de casal, acabou ficando bem desconfortável. A outra vez que fiz reserva no quarto pequeno que era cama de solteiro, eu dormi mais confortável que desta vez que ao dormir no meio amanheci com dor no corpo. Por ser uma suíte imaginava ao menos uma cama melhor. E o Wi-Fi estava pessimo, precisei descer na recepção e ficar lá pelos sofás várias vezes na estadia porque precisava trabalhar e a internet não chegava boa no quarto.
