O chão do quarto estava mal limpo com sujeirinha e cabelos longos (o meu é ultra curto ) . Como o hotel é novo , poderiam avisar de algumas carências ainda não realizadas : ducha ao sair da praia ,na piscina, tv péssima de canal e internet sofrível . Para quem trabalha on-line é um problema . Não há serviço de bar nem cadeiras na praia . NOTA 1000 para a gastronomia e funcionários . Toda a comida é excelente e bem apresentada . FUNCIONÁRIOS ainda treinando mas de uma delicadeza impressionante ! Nota ZERO para mensagem que enviam na noite anterior a sua partida , solicitando fazer pagamento e a seu check out às 11:00 , quando o combinado é 12:00.

Só senti falta do chuveiro na área da piscina, iluminação a noite, decoração alusiva a réveillon e música na área de lazer, já que a hospedagem aconteceu da passagem do dia 31/25 p/ 1/26 mas o hotel havia sido inaugurado no dia 29/12 então foi compreensível que ainda não esteja tudo pronto, mas no demais só tenho a agradecer por tudo e com certeza voltarei ❤️
