An absolute sanctuary! Flawless service from an amazing team and an incredibly spacious room with a private onsen made our stay unforgettable. The culinary experience was a major highlight—special thanks to Chef Tashi and his team for the masterful, creative, and absolutely amazing meals. Highly recommended!

It’s an excellent hotel. Design is nice, staff are helpful albeit that one could feel they are short of working hands. Everyone seems to be doing multiple jobs and looking overworked. Our experience has been very positive.
