They just opened but they nickel and dime you for everything. Late checkout was $40. You can only connect two devices to Wi-Fi or there’s a fee. They will wash towels and wash rags once every 14 - yes 14- days or there’s a fee. There’s no hairdryer, shower gel, conditioner, shampoo, anything extra in the room except a small bar of soap. The gym has nothing in there except 3 pieces of equipment. If you just need a bed with absolutely no amenities- this is your spot. Otherwise be prepared to start adding on fees

At first glance this hotel seemed reasonably priced and in good condition. Upon arrival many issues arose. We were informed that because of the nature of the hotel the room would only be cleaned once every two weeks. Before even entering the room you could tell this property was not properly maintenanced by the foul smell coming from the carpets. Once we actually into the room the bathroom floors were disgusting and there was dust everywhere. At night the fire alarm flashed all throughout the night not even letting paying customers enjoy their stay. Taking a relaxing hot shower is unpredictable in this hotel because they simply do not have the water pressure or heat regulation to support its residents needs. The bed was honestly a joke as the frame wasn’t even connected to the headboard, it slid all around the floor, and it was very cheaply made. Not even in the outside of the property were you safe from the lack of attention from the hotel staff. Sudan’s and regular suvs double parking making it a hassle to almost impossible to find a parking spot at the hotel.

The property is fairly new, therefore clean and well-kept so far. I was supremely disappointed in the lack of amenities and up-charge for EVERYTHING. It’s an extended stay facility, but you are up-charged for any kitchen supplies (pot, pans, dishes, utensils, can opener, even dish soap!) as well as linen changes. They will provide “complimentary” linens and towels every 14 days, which is outrageous. Who uses the same towel or sheets for two weeks?! They only provide 2 towels and 2 washcloths unless you choose to be charged for “additional laundry services”. They even charge to use a blow dryer! Additionally, we were placed in a room next to one with a dog that barked all night long. This was never mentioned to us when we checked in. I certainly won’t be returning to this establishment, nor any other Wyndham facility if this is their way of managing hotels.
