Outstanding hotel with amazing staff. We had a corner room with a second bed and bathroom in a mezannie. Very comfortable beds in an outstanding location. Great breakfast. Closed to the bars and restaurants in Getsemani, but far enough to keep the noise away. That said, the hotel seats next to a busy road, and the drivers in Cartagena love to honk their horns, so earplugs are a must for sleeping (I always wear ear plugs when sleeping in hotels anyways). We slept great despite of the traffic. You can walk everywhere in Cartagena from this hotel. The hotel architecture and rooms are perfect, but the pool can use some love. Not a deal braker. I would definitely stay here again because of its location.

We stayed at the Armería Hotel over Christmas and had a wonderful experience. Luis and Reinaldo were incredible—so helpful, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The hotel itself is very nice and perfect for families. The massages were fantastic, and the breakfast staff were amazing every morning—always kind, helpful, and cheerful. The bathrooms are a bit dated and could use an upgrade, but they were still comfortable. Because of the warm weather, we did have a small lizard in one room and a large beetle, but the staff handled everything quickly and helpfully. Overall, the service truly made the difference, and we really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back!

Super friendly and helpful staff, Jaime the concierge went out of his way, personally took us walking twice to show us/help us find what we needed, A+! All other staff were friendly and nice as well.
