Great customer service and nice food!

The staff was so so nice. It was such a nice experience. Tharea is not the most pretty, but you felt so safe and welcome at the hotel. At first we didnt want to pay that much for "hotel breakfast", but after we saw it we decided to eat there everyday. It was very nice, with grat variation. We also ordered room service, which also was great!

Holiday Inn Whitechapel

Very nice, comfortable, and clean hotel close to several underground stations. The staff was great especially the front desk people (Fairouz in particular was very helpful at checkin and checkout). Not located in the most exciting or glamorous part of town but I would definitely stay there again.

I love this hotel, had a nice stay. If there is another concert in troxy, I will book this hotel again. Perfect. It's a shame that the neighborhood isn't that attractive.

If you want to sleep in tropical, jungle-like temperatures in the midst of Tower Hamlets, this is your place. No windows, no air conditioning - just imagine the room after you’ve had a pre-bedtime shower. Anyway, the air conditioner is there, and is supposed to work, but it seems management has decided to turn off entire floors and disguise it as a “maintenance problem.” I guess it’s better that you’re inconvenienced than their wallets. Good luck folks, I recommend staying October through March.

Très bon rapport qualité prix

Très bon hôtel, la chambre est grande, le lit très confortable et la salle de bain bien conçue. Tout est neuf ou en excellent état. Le petit déjeuner est complet . On peut se reposer au calme car l’insonorisation est bonne. Seule la climatisation dans la partie restauration était en panne mais un grand climatiser ventilateur portatif avait été installé . Une bouteille d’eau dans la chambre serait la bienvenue pour améliorer le confort. Le quartier est populaire mais on est à moins de 10 minutes du métro Whitechapel et en 30 mn à pied on arrive à Tower Bridge. On peut prendre le bus 106 à quelques minutes pour aller vers Hackney. En conclusion un bon hôtel à prix raisonnable.
