The hotel was ever so slightly out of the way (but that was why we chose it) but very easy to find and close to three tube stops as well as being just up the road from Borough Market/London Bridge and the fantastic Imperial War Museum. All of the staff were great, it was welcoming and well prepared...never stressful. The simple continental breakfast being included for all guests was a nice touch as were the free drinks and fruit. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great extras: free water, fruit, cookies in lobby! V courteous and helpful staff. We stayed in twin room. Only thing needed is a clothing hook in room or bathroom. Room was small, no bedside table on one side. Can use window sills in room and bathroom to put things.

I had a great couple of days here at this hotel. The staff was super nice and checking in and out went smoothly. The rooms were clean, and the AC really was a lifesaver in the London heatwave! My only complaint is that the pillows were quite hard. Otherwise I’m very very happy about my stay and will definitely be back!
